I received my property on 2/18/2022 damaged and parts of my bedroom and living room furniture missing. They could not be located. I file a claim with CSI the claim company hired by the carrier on 3/10/2022. On 11/19/2022 I received an email from CSI closing the claim because it was not properly filed. After complaining to AG of Florida and Better Business Bureau in Southern Florida, Allstate reactivated the claim on 01/10/2022. Since 1/14/2023, the claim has been in CSI queue processed over 180 days. By law according to CSi, the claim should be resolved within 120 days. On 6/22/2023, CSI sent the following email: Subject: Referral to Carrier Notice, Claim ID 1123-2291 (S/O # M7389743) Dear Arthur Johnson, This is to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the handling of your claim with Allstate Moving LLC for the following reason(s): The carrier is not responding to us and because of that, we can not complete your claim.

The company they hired to deliver our furniture damaged our carport with their truck and they refuse to pay for the repair - yet they had no problem taking over $13,000 for the move. Plus they only sent one man to unpack our entire house!!! My husband who had advanced liver disease with an inguinal hernia ended up helping unpack because the mover said he had other places to go after our house - I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Buyer BEWARE! If you are looking to move your precious valuables do not choose Allstate Movers. My review is going to echo what the other reviewers pointed out. The broker agent promises you a 10-14 pick-up date from the day of pick-up. That is what Mike told us. They picked up our belongings on December 28, 2021, and dropped off our furniture on February 8, 2022. When we called customer ** lack of** service to find out where our furniture was we were told it was still in California. Then we were told it was at a warehouse in Baltimore Maryland, then we were told it was leaving Santa Fe Springs. No one knew where it was or maybe they did and didnt want to share that information with us. They were NASTY about everything. They couldnt understand why we would be upset about our furniture being unaccounted for. Natalie was rude, condescending, and a boldface liar who masqueraded as someone that could be counted on. In reality shes in on the entire scam...and thats what this is..a scam. Trouble started the day they picked up our furniture. Mike, the broker, quoted us a thousand dollars less than what it ended up being. 2700.00 to move one room, and we ended up paying 3700 and change. We paid additional fees to have our furniture disassembled and reassembled. They failed to put together our bedroom set....mind you, it was the only item we needed to be assembled outside of our treadmill. The mover (who was just as nasty) told us he didnt have to reassemble the furniture because ** we took it apart to begin with.** Nowhere in our contract does it make mention of that. When we pointed out the fact that they were in breach of the contract we were told ** Not my problem**. Not to mention, several of our items were smashed and the furniture was not placed where we asked them to place it. Yep, only the finest professionals work for this company...As Lee S mentioned, you will be met with insults and profanity the minute you try to rectify the situation, especially when dealing with Natalie. I am escalating this to the AG and CF.

The people doing the pick up and delivery was fine. The customer service was very poor. The scheduler did not call back or keep up with the shipment information. I had to call to get any information. If you work with these people you will experience nothing but fustration.

Do not hire this company. They were late to pick up. It has now been over 4 times the time that they promised and they have not delivered my stuff. And what is worse, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR E-mail. There is no way to find out what is going on. Truly one of the worst companies I have used.

a 1-3 wk move turned into 7 weeks, two items were lost (big screen TV and filing cabinet), had to involve BBB to get delivery.

Go with another mover. The final cost was 50% more than the estimate.

This company was horrendous, I would not recommend that you use them, the estimate is far lower than the cost, the cost was almost double the original estimate. They demand cash only in order for the furniture to brought off the truck upon delivery, where the company said they would accept payment through a third party APP, the driver insisted that they would only take cash, and they charged us for holding our stuff overnight, when they arrived over 9 hours late for delivery.

Thanks for the great service Michael and Seth! It rained all day, but they came and moved us with great efficiency. Highly recommend this company. Very fair rates, and they got us in with less than a weekâ s notice.

All I can say is - Do not use this company. They talk a good game at the beginning but absolutely no communication once they pick up your belongings. For weeks I had no idea where anything was, never had an approximate delivery date until 3 days before. It took 6 weeks before I received anything. When I finally did, boxes were thrown in a truck, boxes were missing, furniture was scratched & gauged. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Find a company that has their own trucks and can give you an actual date.

Amazing service! The driver gave me plenty of notice that he was on his way. I was incredibly efficient when packing the van and even managed to get the job done in an hour less time than I planned for. Very friendly and professional service. And took a lot of the stress out of the move, which made it 100% worth the price. Thank you so much!

They came to pick things up right on time, did a great clean job packaging everything, and were at the destination point right when they said they'd be. We will hire them again should we need moving services again.

Overall, I would just like to say that we have been immensely dissatisfied with the services provided by the Allstate Moving. The packing crew was incredibly slow and inefficient in comparison to moving companies used by others with whom we have spoken. To begin, it took them approximately 8 hours to pack/load a 3 bedroom apartment (only one room being actively occupied) where others we have spoken with have experienced half this time. During the packing process, they took about a 15-20 minute break every hour, which I assume is what led to the lengthy process we experienced. There were many occasions where they would ask if anything else needed to be packed to which we would need to point out unpacked cabinets and drawers in rooms they had been working in. On top of this, they missed multiple loose items sitting on counters right next to them that we needed to point out. Then to top this off, they nearly doubled the estimated volume and thus nearly doubled our moving costs. I assume the boxes were packed inefficiently, but I will not be able to confirm until after our belongings are delivered.

Good service! Did what they said they would when they said for a fair price. The driver was friendly, polite, and considerate to others and turned up when he said he would. I would certainly use their services again!

Moving is incredibly stressful and complicated and Allstate relieved more of that stress than I could have imagined. They were professional, honest, committed to the outstanding price quotes, and most importantly took care of our belongings. You will not be disappointed by hiring Allstate.

Love these guys! Used the service yesterday and was very impressed. I booked a pick-up time, and the van arrived within the two-hour slot. The men were professional & friendly, and nothing was too much troubleâ really good movers. I would recommend it. The service and the price were the best Iâ ve seen/experienced. I will use them again.

Allstate moving were so professional that we were amazed at their efficiency and their skill to get the job done earlier than estimated. Recommended to everyone!

This is the absolutely most terrible company you can hire. They: Charged us ~$1,000 more than they quoted (after our stuff was already loaded into their truck) Delayed shipment by 6 weeks Were extremely rude and unprofessional in customer support Blackmailed us to keep our stuff hostage if we publish a negative review (this is why Iâ m only posting this now!) Only shipped our goods after we decided to take our stuff from their warehouse and deliver it through someone else Sent an absolutely unprofessional contractor driver/delivery person, who Arrived 6 hours later than promised was super rude, demanded to be paid extra for already paid services (like stairs), denied to assemble basic furniture (which was already paid for), damaged wall paint when moving bulky items Lost 3 boxes of our stuff and a ~$1,500 king-size mattress, broke and damaged some other stuff Don't even think of hiring them!

Simple and effective to use service! Friendly and accommodating. Did exactly what they promised. Quick, convenient, and inexpensive. A must-hire moving company!

The entire move could not have been worse! Not only did this company lie to me from beginning to end They broke and destroyed the majority of my belongings. You should be ashamed to have recommended this business to me. They exceeded their quote by 300%! Though I asked repeatedly whether they were a mover or a broker and they swore to me that my belongings would be delivered by a truck with their name on it and the movers would be their crew with their name on their shirts - instead of a truck with a name rubbed off, a driver who informed that he did not work for the company and the movers themselves hired from Craig List! With no moving experience. The boxes were crushed, ripped, and mildewed! My furniture - every single piece was damaged, many beyond repair. Antique furniture with legs broken off. Glass on pictures broken and the art itself damaged beyond repair. Not only did they destroy my belongings they crammed everything into my garage or living and left! Leaving me unable to shut the garage door or even worse, unable to shut my front door!! They left a single woman alone in a house with the inability to shut or lock the house. I have tons of pictures to prove all this! Many of my things were priceless family treasures. Many survived Hitler but did not survive Allstate Moving LLC. Shame on you for advising me to use these people.
