The absolute worst moving experience we have ever had. We have moved numerous time across the country and this company is by far the worst. The cost was more the double the quote (even though we gave them a detailed inventory. We had needed to access our stuff they were storing, but the local site manager would not cooperate. We were told they used only their own trucks, instead they hired a third party uber type driver. We were dealing with a difficult closing date on a new home, but they were unwilling to be flexible on the delivery date. Then the third party uber driver they hired showed up a day early, he refused to wait and threatened to charge us over $500 a day to wait. The web site clearly states that on delivery they ...unload your items, reassemble your furniture... However, the uber driver they hired refused unless we paid him more. This company will tell you anything to sign the contract, then once they have your stuff, all they care about is making as much money as possible and take advantage their customer. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

I worked extensively with the sales person to arrived at a price. The final price was over 50% higher. After picking up our furniture it was in storage for 37 days. We lived that long without our furniture. Three items did not get delivered, including the top of our dining room table. They have yet to find the top or anything else. I might get about $62 to replace our dining room table. When you call their office they talk very fast and talk about business days before they have to deliver your belongings. Of course none of this was explained when I signed up. The sales person said when do you want your furniture to be picked up and delivered. At no point was it suggested that something else would happen. Be careful if you decide to use this company.

The final price was reasonably close to the estimate. They showed up on time to move things out and did an excellent job. Everything was delivered in the time frame they indicated. Everything was unwrapped and set up within a couple of hours. Nothing was damaged and everything happened without any problems.

With COVID, movers were hard to find. Instead of going with a large franchise, I selected Allstate based on the conversations I had with their salespeople. The team the day of the move were super hard workers and did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again for a regional move.

The movers were well versed in moving heavier things, and it showed in their expertise and overall approach. Highly recommend!

They breached the contract and refused to remedy the breach!

I am grateful to the team for their genuine help and support at that time. There was a heavy bed set that was not adjusting so they suggested us to move it to their storage units. Contact them for the security of your valuables you will thank me later.

I know they are having issues with finding workers, but it was really stressful working with this company. I never got a response from emails unless I was purchasing or had to pay for something. Numerous phone calls and emails were never returned up until the week of them sending our belongings to WI. That was so frustrating. I began to believe that we were robbed. I just wish they would have taken the few moments needed to respond to emails and return phone calls. I had to correct one support person as to how much it cost per cubic foot of storage. She had an outdated contract she said and forgot about the new changes. The guys that unloaded my belongings did a great job. Loved them. Packing up was super frustrating. We got charged an additional $600 for packing materials. They put our boxes in bigger boxes and we got charged for it. There was minimal damage done to our furniture which I appreciate but I will not be recommending this company mostly because of support management. It caused a lot of stress in our lives.

Thank you for a great move. It was a short time frame, and I had heavy furniture. Your guys were AWESOME, very professional, and did a great job with various odd pieces of furniture. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Surely recommended!
