I used this company to move me into my new home recently. Lat me just say, the move was difficult and full of unexpected problems. The crew was able to assist me with all the crazzy issues and went above and beyond what a mover usually does! The guys were professional, nice, fast and very efficient. Thanks guys

Do not do business with them. I reserved a move with Allstate. I explained that I did not know the exact date. The person who took my call which had a thick east coast accent said everything was **all good**. Said I could change the date of the move as long as I called in advance. Everything was no problem. Then I needed to cancel my move and that was when it all changed. The same person who took my call the first time changed his name. Threatened to put a lean on my house for the full value of the move. Then sent me threatening texts. I called the Department of Justice and filed a complaint. He then called back again and pretended to be someone else and threatened me again. This company openly lies. It sounded too good to be true from the beginning and it was. They use scammer tactics. Yelling at you and not letting you talk. You have been warned. Find someone else.

My husband and I relocated from Washington to Portland OR area in November 2020. My husband took care of most of the details of deciding who to use for moving and he picked Allstate Moving. All the logistical details in making the arrangements went fine. Our driver and main man was Andrew and he brought in a crew to load our stuff into the truck. We had done the main packing ourselves. The loading went well- basically a half day. We drove our car to Oregon and arrived late afternoon on the next day. During that day we received a call from Andrew confirming they would be at our new home at 10:00 AM the following day. Andrew and a new crew unloaded everything and put beds and tables back together again. Again, it took about a half day to unload. Only issue was that our outdoor metal patio table had some scratches on it- that was it! Excellent job all around and the cost [which is primarily based on cubic feet] was less than quoted. We did kick in pretty nice tips for the loading and unloading crews- which was extra but, we thought, well deserved. These guys really worked hard- sometimes running from the house to the van! Again, no issues after everything was unpacked. I'd recommend using Allstate Moving!

I am so glad I choose to work with Allstate Moving. I called them to get a quote and they walked me through the process. They provided me with a quote and great customer care. I scheduled my move with them and they showed up right when they said they would. Michael was my foreman and he was incredible. He made sure all the furniture was cared for properly and padded. He moved the boxes in a timely fashion and was just wonderful to work with. I was delighted they were able to load the truck on Jan 2nd right after the holidays to move me from Washington to Arizona. On the other side, the unloaders were prompt and courteous. They wanted to make sure all the boxes and furniture were placed where we wanted them to be. They were quick and fun to work with. I recommend Allstate Moving because they care and take the time to do things right.

Very efficient moving crew, took care of all my furniture with plastic wrapping and heavy blankets in the truck. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.

They did a good job. They were careful with the furniture and advised us on the possibility of what could happen moving dressers with the draws full. Overall I would use them again.

I received an in home estimate from and my final invoice was exactly as quoted. The crew that did the move were friendly, polite, and very accommodating. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I would hire this company and crew again! Great job.

The movers were on time and very polite. They went right to work. The estimate to get the job done, moving things to three different locations was 4 hours and they were done in 3 and 1/2 which was phenomenal.

They arrived on time, did a great job and charged exactly what was quoted. They made my move so easy.

I was referred to this company by my neighbor after the movers I had scheduled cancelled the day of my move, the manager took my request immediately and said they had multiple trucks and teams so he was able to get someone out to me later on that afternoon. The gentleman that moved us was very pleasant and they finished our job in less time than our original movers had quoted. We gave them 5 stars because our experience was great and we appreciated them accommodating us last minute. Would hire again and suggest using them.

Prompt, professional, easy to understand, did not oversell me, 100% awesome customer service! Even went above and beyond to give me the exact fittings I needed so that I could do this next year without calling someone!

This is a great moving company. They were very good and very fast, no damage, no problems. I do not plan to move for a while, but if i did, i would call these guys.

They were very fast and efficient and on time. The foreman spoke good English. They did not damage a single thing. They also did not charge more than the estimate. I could not have been happier and would recommend them highly.

These guys are great. They wrapped everything up and did not scratch anything - not our furniture and no walls or door frames were scratched or damaged in the least. Very courteous and hard working.

Our family had a wonderful experience. Guys from Allstate Moving were friendly, early to the job, worked extremely hard, and they finished exactly within the expected time now surprised.Other movers we had in the past dragged moved, but these guys worked hard and efficiently. 5 stars for value and quality.
