Allstate Seamless Gutter - Beranda Facebook

I have been calling them daily since 6/01/21 for an emergency repair on the gutters they recently installed and they will not return my calls. I need help because the gutters are ready to detach and fall off. Do you know if I can sue for property damage caused by the falling gutters?

Unprofessional worker (no shirt while working), scheduled to be done on a Monday but work did not get started late Tuesday and was finished Wednesday. The worker was rude when I told him that he forgot to install one downspout in the back. I would not recommend this company.

My experience was overall an excellent job. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

The company was very prompt and worked quickly to get the repair job completed in just a few hours. Very happy with the customer service and execution of the job.

They do lousy work. They leave your jobs incomplete. They will not honor your contract. I have been waiting for this to be done properly and to our satisfaction. They left vinyl that the wind blew off the first time on the ground for months and months no matter how many phone calls or texts I sent to get them to finish. I have been waiting since September to get the pool house done properly. Can not get him to answer. Can not get them to finish the job. Can not get a call back. Can not get anything.

We hired Allstate Seamless Gutters earlier this summer to install gutters in the front and back of our house. The gutters in front were installed well and performed well. The crew who installed the back gutters did not do well. One downspout was very crooked and we called that in. We eventually fixed it ourselves as a follow up call to Allstate did not get answered quickly. We then discovered, during a heavy rain storm, a gap between our gutter and the roof edge where water was pouring through. We videotaped this and called on August 16 for a repair. Heath, the guy who sold us the gutters, promised to have the foreman look at it. The foreman was finally scheduled to come on September 16, a full month later. He was a no-show. No one called to reschedule, despite my texting Heath twice to ask for the repair. Allstate seamless gutter has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, but beware: if you have a problem, they definitely don t follow through on the service side.

It took 3 times coming to my house to seal my new gutters at the corner connections that they installed. Paid over a $1, 000 and it was still leaking. I am tired of calling them and sprayed Flex Seal on it to stop the leaking.

Quick and efficient.

Professional, on time, great work and good quality gutters. Highly recommend.

Good work on time.

You can't go wrong with Allstate; They did an excellent job installing the gutters and was true to their word in every sense.

You don’t have to worry about getting things straight. Mgt. people are the best. Follow up is amazing. I had a small job. Made no difference to them. Made me feel good in today’s world. They cared.

Prompt in communicating and service. Appreciate the promptness.

They were professional and knowledgable

Repaired gutters that were damaged from a falling tree limb. They were great! Very friendly, kept in touch with me before the work was scheduled. Workers were professional and fast, but good work!

Cleaned and repaired existing gutters and replaced a damaged section in a timely and professional manner.

They installed an attractive and very functional gutter system which is an order of magnitude better than the old gutters. We just had a 2" storm in an hour, and not a drop came into my house, unlike before. They were very friendly, neat and professional. I am very satisfied.

Great team, from start (estimate [separate person]) to finish (installation [whole team]).

can not give a 5 for quality of work as it has not rained so can not tell if gutters are ok

Could not have made a better decision regarding my new gutters. Allstate Seamless Gutters is an outstanding team in every way. I rarely give five-stars but Allstate earned every one of these! Highly recommend!

I had a small job done with them, and they did a good job.

Arrived on time. Fabulous job. Rained a couple days after and worked 100%. Cosmetically improved the look of my shop much more than I anticipated. They even brought some sections of gutter at no cost so I can install on my chicken coop and screened gazebo.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time but they reschedules to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
