I recommend this company to anyone who ever needs any services they provide. They helped us deal with a stage 3 sewer contamination flood. My entire first floor was completely ruined. From the first phone call to every single person I have encountered in this company, they not only have done a phenomenal job. They did it right. They are professional, kind, friendly ,immaculate while they work, on top of being good hard working people. I truly do not believe I would have ever encountered this with other companies and for that I am forever grateful.

Allstates is a professional organization that has been great every step of the way during a very difficult flood and mold issue. They communicated and assured my safety and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Allstates for any of your restoration needs. They work directly with insurance which is a huge plus as a claimant--emails, negotiating AND recommending to the insurance adjuster other professionals to do parts of the project they don't deal with. Additionally, they continue to reach out to the customer to see what else the customer may need, and coordinate those services too.

I hired Blue Line Restoration, they gave work to All States Restoration. I was happy because All States had a good website with more information. Remember this, when you need restoration work it is very different than hiring for a home improvement job. I had flash flood waters enter my home. Any restoration work, call All States and ask for Arthur. He was at my home the same day as the flood. Arthur did a thorough inspection. He said we can fix this and everything will be fine. Wow, did I need to hear that! Tonight the restoration work is done. I have All States fans, dehumidifiers, air filters running in my home for the next few days. Thank you, Arthur. When you are CEO of All States I will buy you lunch. You are knowledgeable and hard working. Arthur had good helpers with him, l cannot remember names. I am happy to have my home back, restored.

Have made 5 requests for a receipt to be emailed...still waiting. Owner came to home on Mothers Day...appreciated his responsiveness greatly.
