"I apologize for the confusion & can only say that we try our best to be on time & contact the on site person. What happens often is that when we try contacting the person on site we are unsuccessful & have to postpone until we can verify certain information. Although I am not sure exactly what happened in your situation I would definitely like to find out. Please give us a call so that we can clarify it & gain a better understanding on how to better serve you. Please ask for me, Connie Cruz, I am the office manager."
"We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately we become delayed at times due to circumstances beyond our control, for example: having to wait because someone has parked vehicles or placed materials in front of dumpsters, flat tires & traffic can cause us to be delayed."
