"Hi Mike, We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We do work with home warranty companies, but that's only about 10% of our workload. I see the tech spent 1 hr and 15 min there, but did have trouble opening a door. The tech indicated the parts needed are unavailable for purchase. If another company was able to fix it or get the parts needed, please let us know and we'll issue a refund. Our number is 520-241-2906."

"Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your feedback. We try and accommodate all our our new and existing customers asap. Unfortunately, appointments are subject to availability, and during the summer season, we're sometimes booked weeks in advance. You contacted us on 7/6 (Thursday) evening and we came out on Monday, 7/10. The turnaround was pretty decent considering how busy it is. If you made any attempts to contact another HVAC contractor, I'm sure you'd understand. You're also a 100-mile round trip from our shop and we didn't charge any travel fees for either trip. You essentially waited 48 business hours for our return. I personally spoke with you about scheduling and apologized for the troubles, but we simply do not have the manpower to take calls and appts as they're coming in. Upon our arrival, we temporarily fixed your unit and provided a quote for repair. I understand it wasn't a small cost, but you had a major leak and your system uses R-22 Freon, which is pretty expensive and it's no longer made or used with new units. We advised if you find a cheaper quote, we'll be glad to beat it. As far as the customer service, we're unsure how it was poor. We answered each call you placed and returned any missed calls within a reasonable amount of time. We tried to sympathize and were apologetic for the troubles. As far as the cost, regardless if you paid $50 or $5,000, our customer service will remain a constant. We don't treat customers any better if they end up paying more and we don't treat them any worse if they pay less.
