Please don't use Alltecs/Dawnta Million for your 203k loan if you want your project to be completed expeditiously. What was suppose to be a 6 month project turned into a 20 month project and then he quits with nothing completed. After he quits to add insult to injury he threatens to put a mechanics lien on the property. While gathering information and speaking with a few subcontractors he use on the project I found out he didn't even pay his subcontractors, after he already received money for four draws under the 203k loan. Please do your research on this company before you hire them lord knows I wish I did. In my opinion this company is a scam and I would never recommend them. Save yourself the frustration and use another company.

I purchased a property that needed a full remodel. I contacted Alltecs and they were very accommodating & professional. My home is so beautiful & luxurious. Few delays due to permitting & material delivery, however Alltecs always communicated during the process. Although, the delays were a frustrating process Alltecs pulled through & I’m so happy with the final results! Thanks Again! I would definitely recommend this company.

"Our goal is to serve all our clients with the highest level of professionalism. Alltecs provides accurate quotes to all our clients. Unfortunately, this client ran into some serious home damages discovered after demolition that was unknown by all parties. This caused additional cost that the owner was not prepared for. Alltecs provided cost remedies and the project was on hold until the customer could find funding. The customer wanted to add additional structure work that had to be approved by an Engineer before a proper quote can be provided for structural work changes in the middle of a project. Unfortunately, the client didnt understand."

Mr. Carlos (technician) was very accommodating and did a super job. Overall, Alltec is a fine company to do business with. My wife and I are very pleased with the Kitchen renovation. It was accomplished on time. Good job, well done.

Alltec was very responsive to my work needs, both big and small. They came to evaluate the jobs and gave me an estimate and timeline and stuck to their word. My condo is old and posed unique challenges to the workers but they tackled every obstacle with a we can do it attitude. I have already recommended them to others and will call them in the future.

Alltecs took my very vague guidance on how I wanted my 60 year old driveway that was cracked and spalled repaired and re-surfaced with a retaining wall that extended the driveway and asphalt over the old concrete. I am extremely happy with the result, now I have a driveway that is not an eyesore and Alltecs was constantly ensuring I was happy. Two thumbs up!

None of the work was up to the codes, all the work has to be redone.

"Sp Dawnta - did communicate all that was to be done and does have the documentation to show about the job. The house was purchased as is and was not up to code. Did several jobs for her, but as doing the work many problems and issues were found throughout the home that were not up to code."

Although I was not satisfied when the dishwater panel did not match the cabinets and my floor was not repaired properly, Alltec's expertly installed the correct dishwasher panel and repaired the floor. Now, I am satisfied with my new kitchen. Alltecs' integrity and customer service is excellent.
