Rich did an excellent job repairing the posts holding up my front porch. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Listens to what you have to say, which is hard to find these days. Cleaned up any trash leaving my yard as he found it. Highly recommend Rich for any of your handyman needs.

Water Dock - Repair
Last week I had ALLtimate replace the wooden boards on my dock that had simply dry rotted with age. They did a wonderful job and I am so grateful to them for being able to remove the Brazilian pepper tree that had sprouted up through some of the boards. As anyone living in Florida can attest, the Brazilian pepper tree is a highly invasive species that can spring up in the most unusual places and are very difficult to eliminate. From start to finish, the quality of their work was outstanding. My dock is simply beautiful and I am certain that I will be able to enjoy it for many years to come. I am giving them a 5-star rating that they well deserve.

He did an excellent job. Just took a little longer than I expected. It got done, good cleanup afterwards and he came out yesterday and did some smaller repairs and was on time, did everything I asked him to do, he was very knowledgeable.

Alltimate Preservations did a fantastic job on removing my popcorn ceilings and giving me a smooth paint job on the ceilings. I did not want a knockdown design and even thou it is difficult to do and achieve a smooth without flaws look, that is exactly was given. He and his team had such a professional and pleasant work ethic that in the mist of dust, it was a fun experience. The ceilings look great and the house was cleaned and restored - (Light fixtures, doors, fans all replaced) and completed in a timely manner. He did not call it finished until all things were done and satisfaction achieved. His price was also excellent for all the work that was done. I would definitely recommend him and will use his company for other services.
