gave me a free estimate on the same day I called him, then came by the next day(during the weekend) and performed the job to completion. he is considerate, and stayed after to make sure our flooring was satifactory and everything had dried properly. His Rates are very reasonable as well.

The home was decorated but unfortunately they scratched some of the flashing with their ladders. I was happy the project was completed, but felt they could have offered to re-paint or touch-up the damaged areas.
