Overall I am very satisfied with the Owens Corning shingle we selected for our house. it truly is a great looking three dimensional look, which gives the house a great curbside look. However that said All trade as a company gets very low marks for customer service, and for trying to tack on extra cost to the project. you really have to watch these guys. I was going to have them do some other work, but after the crap they tried to pull not in this life time.

All Trade replaced my damaged asphalt shingle roof with a steel roof. They kept all appointments and answered all questions. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up the site. I will not hesitate to use them on future work. A+

I had a leak and my roof needed to be repaired. I thought Shane was very professional, informative and straight forward. He gave me a complete assessment of my roof condition. They fixed the particular spot that was causing the leak and several other spots which probably would have caused additional leaking in the future, given the deluge of rain and wind we've been getting lately. They also fixed a problem spot on one of my gutters. I felt comfortable with my decision to use All-Trade and was satisfied with their work.

I called them and in less than 24 hrs, I already have someone called me to setup an appointment. I hired them to fix the siding and the job was done in 1 day.

Shane was on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, explained what was needed, had a fixed rate cost analysis, and performed the repair right away, and the job was not routine but he accepted the challenge. It has not yet rained but feeling confident in the level of expertise in the repair to eliminate the leaks.

This company stands behind their work! Along with a new roof shingles we had siding done by them. And first crew that did siding installation did a poor job according to their company project manager. So they sent another crew out and did a tear out of the first crews work and did a complete new installation by another crew.

They promised to have a good team assembled, would take care not to damage anything, and promised to keep the area clean. The signed contract was for $6,925 and we were billed today by Wells Fargo for $8,800. The team was a bunch of misfits, one was fired right on the job, another one wore a teather and had just got out of prison, the crew chief left 3 hours before the job was done, 2 lawn ornaments got broken, the lawn was burned by the generator, and cleanup was a rush job (still finding nails all over the place). The job was done on 8/20/2013 and we have not yet got the mfg. warranty.
