Iconic Stone Design

One star is way too many! They WILL NOT communicate. In 3 weeks it will be 1 year since they started our kitchen. They make excuses (several) when we can get hold of them. But they do have time for vacations. Cannot get the products or get them to come and finish that they swear they have in their shop. When we went by their shop, they are not there, closed down. Only hire them if you love frustration, disappointment, and being ripped off. They have our money so they can take their time if they even plan on finishing our project.

Excellent experience -- Melissa and Volkan were both great to work with... communication and craftmanship was excellent. Will definitely use them again!

Placed an order on Sept 22. Initially, no rush. Very difficult to communicate with. Did not respond to numerous phone calls, emails and texts. 11/20- date of install- no response , no show! Drove to shop. My job was not even started. The employee sent a text stating she was in the hospital with her mother. I found her at the shop. Canceled order Nov 20. Would not recommend!

They are great until you start. Hard to get hold of and does not respond when texted until a few times later. Melissa was great at first. Then not. Valcon did a nice job, but never finished by our stove and left a long seam by our upper sink. No response when called. Will never use them again.

Very professional and friendly . A family business that cares about quality and pleasing the customer. Zoltan is an artist. Melissa was very prompt and knowledgeable. When we decided we wanted new countertops for our kitchen and bath, we knew we did not want granite and started looking at quartz. We also started looking for the right company for the job. In the course of doing this, we discovered Melissa and her brother, Volkan Toleli of Iconic Stone Design. Not only did Melissa respond to every inquiry, but she showed us a recycled glass product that we were not aware of that we fell in love with! It is called Curava. It is resin based, not porous, and is durable and as stain resistant as quartz. Not only is it beautiful, but Volkan who does all the installations as if it was in his own home, has worked with it many times and is very familiar with cutting and polishing it. Once we knew we wanted Curava, many other companies were not familiar with it, but said they could â  do itâ  . Not good enough! I wanted someone who was familiar with the product and could do a good job. Volkan and his crew did an EXCELLENT job and were courteous, conscientious and responsive throughout the project. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves too! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a small, family based company that truly cares about their customers.

To say I picked the right stone fabrication and installation company is an understatement. Iconic Stone Design or formerly known as Allure Stone Design (until competitors stole the name from this business owner) is truly a family run operation. I initially met with Volkan to replace the stone on two small vanities and before all was said and done, I replaced all the granite in my home. I didnâ t know what I wanted and was confused and probably frustrated Volkan with my indecisiveness but he never showed it. When I visited Volkans shop, I then met his sister Melissa who is also an owner of the business. She too was extremely patient and very helpful and helped me feel comfortable with all my choices. Volkan was very hands on and involved in every step of the process so there wasnâ t any confusion or mistakes. Even if there were, he proved to me that he has integrity and would do the right thing to make the client happy. Volkan was involved with sales process, buying and inspecting the stone to make sure there were no blemishes or defects, fabrication and installation. It doesnâ t stop there, when he came to install, his father was involved too. The only one I didnâ t meet was the mom but Iâ m sure she was around somewhere. Volkan & Melissa tried to guide me and the more unsure I was and delayed making my decision, they could have easily bailed because it wasnâ t worth all the time and effort they were spending with me, but they didnâ t. They educated me and helped me make that absolute best choice, even if it did take a couple of months for me to pull the trigger. The granite I ended up buying is beautiful and the installation superb. The price was reasonable as well. Sometimes in life you make the right choice and more times than not, you make the wrong choice but this was absolutely a home run. Thank you Volkan, Melissa and Sal !!
