Write a ReviewThe owner, Mike, was very responsive when I had a question. He had great subcontractors. My family and I are thrilled with the entire project!
Allure is a great company! Excellent communication , friendly and professional. We will definitely keep Allure number for future projects.
Did a great job. Work was done quickly just as promised.
Satisfied with work performance
Hired this company after the Memorial day tornados to repair the damage to my home and property, the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. None of the work was completed on time, the roof was torn off in a thunderstorm causing water damage to every room in my house that Mike Watters assumed no responsibility for and repaired with money from my storm damage repair funds, metal flashing left sticking out and exposed in three different spots. Doors that they replaced leak which they blame on my driveway??? and not the fact the front wall was not properly sealed during the repairs, double doors from the master bedroom to deck leak in the center, busted windows were not replaced as I had assumed they would be, instead, he had the glass replaced now they does not open and close properly, (note I work a full-time job and was not home for a lot of this or would not have allowed it). Siding is wavey and only straight in the front of the house, trimming around doors and windows is shoddy and literally put on over the top of the old trim. They replaced around 180 of six-foot wooden privacy fence and only put concrete in the posts supporting the gates and that was only after I complained and threatened to fire them over this issue. All work was completed in Oct of 2019 within 3 months I was calling him back over several of these issues (the fence is so loose you can see it swaying when the wind even slightly picks up), took me 6 months of calling and texting before they finally showed up to fix the issues I have. 1 tube of non-waterproof in the wrong spots around the leaking doors, pushed the fence back straight and shoved rocks in the holes to keep them straight yes that is correct rocks shoved in next to the posts nothing more. My wife said they were on the job less than 30 minutes and were rude and condescending to her when she questioned what they were doing. This company is a complete rip-off and should be avoided at all costs.

The full letter can be found on the BBB website. Allure Residential & Commercial, Inc. did work at 3960 Buena Vista Ave Dayton, Ohio. This was a tornado damaged home paid for by an insurance claim. This was an insurance job that provided a scope of work for us to follow. The homeowner was very happy with the work we did as the quality was over the top. Below are some items that we completed at the home including materials and labor.: 1. We fixed items in the home that was not the cause of the tornado 2.We used a higher grade of laminate vs the carpet that the insurance paid for. 3.We repaired and fixed all of the interior walls. 4. Painted the exterior of the house. 5. Installed new Air Conditioning unit 6. Installed the custom fence. The homeowner still owes us $5,000.00 that he received from the insurance company on our behalf. He bought a hot tub with that money and had a deck built.
Great job! Super crew! Would highly recommend their work! Basement floor installation, painting and more.
They did a great job installing the laminate wood flooring in my home!
I contracted Allure Construction to replace flooring in my kitchen/dining room. They had to tear up the old flooring and replace it with laminate. They also did some minor electrical/plumbing projects. The job was completed in 3 days as Mike the owner stated it would be. They did everything as asked with the ratings speaking for themselves. I would hire them again.
Thank you very much for working with our company.
If you want something done right and you wanted to last a long time, you need a professional who can guide you through the right process. Allure completed my project in two days and I couldnÂ’t be happier.
Thank you Joe it was a pleasure working with you. Looking forward to the next project with you. Thanks again, Mike
