I hired Ally Plumbing for IMS cuts and drain tie-ins, but they failed to complete the work?yet still charged me. At no point was I told IMS cuts weren?t possible due to pipe size. I only found out after requesting video proof, meaning they would have kept my money without telling me. Instead of refunding me, they made excuses, claiming my IMS payment was used for extra excavation?yet I was never consulted or given a change order. If additional work was required, they should have informed me, not repurposed my payment without consent. They also blamed their own scheduling issues for denying a refund. A professional company communicates, issues change orders, and takes accountability?Ally Plumbing does none of this. They failed to complete the job, mismanaged the project, and refused to do the right thing.

Our old sewage ejector pump was occasionally shorting out, so we had Ally Plumbing come tonight to replace the pump. The tech showed up at 5:40 pm, February 8, 2024, completed the job at 7:05 pm, we paid $2400, at 7:10, the pipes from the pump burst off the wall and explode sewage all over our utility room. Spraying s**** everywhere. We call at 7:10, they mark as emergency service, after 1.5 hours no response from the company. We called back a few minutes ago, apparently they cancelled the emergency call out, and now I guess we wait until they are good and ready to fix this horrible situation.

Cleared trap in kitchen sink. Disassembled and put back together. On-time and for the as-estimated cost of $250. A little high price for a simple job but it was done within 12 hours after the call. One plumber would only quote after a visit and quoted $500 for the same job.

Jeremy did a great job of installing a new pump into my very old toilet. He was efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. He quoted me a price before starting the job. He arrived within the time frame that he was set to arrive. I am feeling incredibly relieved today, because for the last three month three plumbers from a different company come to my home and did minimal work on the toilet but charged me lots of money. One of them when he saw the toilet, just scratch his head and said he never worked on a toilet like this one, then took a picture of it and left. These last few months have been very frustrating and costly for me. I think Jeremy resolved the problem because I am not hearing any running water. I should have called Ally Plumbing back in November. Thanks again Ally and thanks for the follow up call I received this morning from Jeremy. Peace Out!

I began my 40 year working life as a sewer inspector with the City of Seattle and have seen many a sewer cleaning and repair operation and I would put Chris and his apprentice up there with the best of them. They cleared a blockage in my main line side sewer in about 10 minutes that I had been working on with my own power snake for about an hour.....a very professional crew with up-to-date equipment - and they called ahead of time and were ON TIME! I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are great! I am a repeat customer and will continue to give them my business/recommendations. I've been putting off a sewer repair that Ally Plumbing brought to my attention a few months ago, which became a major issue this past weekend. I called them back hoping we could do a small fix to get us by for another couple of years, but unfortunately we put it off to long and a section of the pipe had to be replaced which we already knew had to be done. Ally Plumbing was great, as they have always been in the past. They came in, were fast, clean and efficient and most importantly affordable. They honored the price I was quoted a few months back. I recommend Ally to any home owner looking for an honest and affordable plumbing company.

I found Ally Plumbing on Home Advisor and decided to give them a try because of their many high ratings. We are located in Seattle and had a clog laundry drain that wouldn't unclog. Chris accessed the issue and determine the sewer line between the kitchen to the laundry room was broken. My home has an old cast iron sewer line so due to aging, it was only a matter of time before it started to give in. The original plan was to tunnel to the line and repair the damage area. However the pipe was beyond repair. Chris and his crew ran a sewer camera and was able to reroute the sewer line with PVC pipe to resolved the issue. The repair was expensive, but its small price to pay for quality. He and his crew were very polite and got the job done fast. Our home is back to normal again. I went down to Ally Plumbing later that week to personally thank the owners and Chris for a job well done.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful they were!!! Jess was our technician. He was here and snaked out my kitchen pipes that were totally clogged! I have never had a plumber that was SO neat-he even used Lysol and cleaned under my sink when he was finished! Their Office staff was extremely pleasant and scheduled my appointment right away!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
