About us
I started Ally's cleaning service almost 3 years ago and more recently added home organizing and clutter/hoarding removal to my list of services. With clients on the north and south forks, in Riverhead, Coram and surrounding towns, Ally's performs home and office cleaning, laundry, ironing, decluttering, systematic organizing of your belongings and prepping to move. "This review is from an administrator who schedules business for a contractor. Both work for the HOA in an office 80 miles from Ridge. The admin. supplied me w/incorrect street, housing & job type information. After driving 20 miles to arrive on time, I arrived 20 minutes late, after calling admin. for correct directions, said thank you & hung up. I assumed I was hired by the HO, learned later the HOA uses their own post construction clean-up svce. Misinformed on all counts, I performed my job well since the HO was happy when I left and apologized. Called the admin the next day when I received this complaint, left voice mail, no reply."
