Alex is the most effective and efficient repairman I have ever hired. He is very responsive, schedules a visit promptly and is always able to diagnose and fix the problem. He has worked on all of my major appliances over the last 1-2 years and is the only repairman with a consistent track record of actually fixing the problems. I have used many others that are unable to perform at this level and will never again use anyone else. The work is done quickly, thoroughly and proficiently. No time wasted or extra expense. Complete honesty and humility. No BS. This person is all about the customer and is going to be your best ally.

My landlord hired them so I don?t know about value or punctuality (the landlord didn?t tell me he was coming ?), but Alex was respectful, competent and professional. He fixed my gas oven and stove, replaced a part and even explained the issue to me.

My freezer stopped working right before long holidays. A friend of mine advised me to reach out to Alex. Luckily he was available. We had a short call and Alex identified what was causing the issue. An hour later he came by with a new thing and fixed the freezer. Totally recommend!!
