I paid in advance and they never came back. I would not recommend them at all, very unprofessional.

I called and emailed him after the job to get some follow-up and never got a response back.

They were prompt in coming for estimate. Returned when they said they would. Job came in less than estimate, which great! I would recommend them.

Called and came right away for estimate. Estimate was very reasonable. Did excellent work, cleaned up area. So pleased that I have requested they come back in fall to clean gutters again and do a yard clean up.

I originally spoke with Rich back in March and agreed to hire him to perform the lawn service for our yard. He quoted me a price of $75 per mow, which for the size of the yard is a good price. On his first visit I paid him for 4 mowings since I order the checks through my bank, he informed me this was ok. It was just him by himself and his mower died. Not a big deal however he said he would likely be back tomorrow (Friday). The following day came, never heard from him, I tried calling and no response. Finally got a hold of him Monday afternoon and he said he had ordered the part and it would be in soon. Again not a huge issue, but he should have called on Friday to let me know what was going on. After the part came in he did come and mow the lawn because the grass was so thick it left tons of debris, It was cut too short for the length, it really needed to have a couple of mowings to get it down. I asked him about it and was told they do not have a way to clean it up since it was thick but would look better after the next mowing. I cleaned up 7 bags worth of grass clippings after this mowing. The second mowing was better but still left debris. They completely missed one small patch between my neighbors yard and mine, which he did come back and fix. While there were here I watched one of his crew running with the mower, this creates an uneven cut. I also noticed that in the far back sections of the lawn they did not weed eat around the light fixture or one of the trees. Overall I was not pleased with his service. I decided to buy a mower to mow the lawn myself. I called and spoke to him on April to let him know that I was buying a mower and offered that he could do some additional work, but he told me it would just be easiest if he refunded me the $150 of unused mowings and said he would be in the area on Thursday, April 23rd mowing and would drop off a check. This was the last time I heard from him. He never showed up the Thursday and has not returned my calls. I have also attempted to reach out to him via Facebook Messenger on his Facebook company page. I need this to get resolved since he said he would be returning the $150. It is extremely unprofessional that he has not returned my calls or attempted to correct this issue in any way.

Rich is a very nice young man who came to our house (two story) and cleaned and installed gutter brushes in all our gutters. He is a very professional. He came to the house and gave me a fair bid. There was no delay and he came back shortly later to complete the work. He did a good job and offered to come back if we had any problems. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was on time. New what he was doing. And did a great job.
