Mike was quite helpful despite the added work we required. He always took time out to listen and make suggestions for the work that we both appreciated.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry. Was on time for his 'estimate' and was prompt in getting the job done. Mike's rates were extremely reasonable. The job was not an easy one, but Mike and John addressed the issues that arose and completed the project in a few hours.

We have used Mike on multiple jobs at our Sea Isle home. He remodeled three bathrooms and also did a full-out kitchen renovation including the installation of new cabinets, flooring, windows, appliances, sliding glass doors, a hot water heater,a new air conditioning system and new windows. The work was fabulous! The projects were completed on-time and on-budget. Mike, along with his crew, could not have been more professional to work with on the projects. He has also replaced two second floor decks and railing systems at our home and put in an outside shower. He handled the projects from permits to completed inspections. Three years ago when we met Mike, our home was a 40 year old duplex at the shore. Now it looks as new as any house on the island. As a realtor who is in and out of homes up and down Cape May county shore, I can attest that the construction at our home is superior to anything new. In addition, we own a second home in Grand Beach, Michigan where he spent three months last winter completely remodeling our three bedroom house. This project included an entirely new kitchen, new wood flooring throughout the house, fully remodeled three bathrooms and converted a screened-in porch into a sitting room for the master bedroom. We could not recommend anyone higher. The quality of his work is excellent and you feel as though you have a partner in your projects. His work is definitely more than "Almost Perfect."

Project started on time and price was reasonable. Mike was not able to the job and I agreed to a subcontractor. He did fairly well, hence the four star rating. I would use him again.

Finish the project on time within cost brackets. Excellent customer relations - make sure the finish project is what the customer ordered. Would choose him again when we have the need for major improvements.

My home is about 65 years old. It had some very serious structural issues caused by termite damage. Mike had to fix my foundations, floor joists, windows, doors, and more. We now have a safe, sound house with beautiful cabinets and nicely framed windows. Our floors look wonderful (especially the tile floor), and the paint job looks great, too. Mike takes the homeowner's needs into consideration, and promptly responds to questions or suggestions. Mike arrives on time, is kind and helpful, and never seems to have an off day. I intend to ask for Mike's help with future projects.

Mike did a great job on both my backsplash and installing 2 ceiling fans. Plus he installed my over the range microwave oven. He came when he said he would and finished when he said he would. Would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Quick response time to give a quote, great follow up and my porch looks fantastic.

Mike and his company installed a beautiful kitchen backsplash with a very special point of interest above the stove that turned out great. The floor was also tiled and now my kitchen is totally updated. I may have my bathroom and laundry room tiled and will definitely call Mike.

went out of his way to please in every aspect of project; always on time and always followed through; just finishing up; reasonable pricing; neat, polite, courteous; worked around my schedule; sometimes here 7 days a week; Mike and sons extremely pleasant, not only to do business with, but to be around in general; thorough. Also a big plus, Mike took me shopping (Sun.!) to make sure I got the right stuff; transported materials for me. RESULTS GORGEOUS! Have now hired for 2 more big project; one in kitchen; one making a "new" room from 2 existing smaller rooms. Dependable; highly recommend.
