We had Almstead remove 2 very large trees and 2 small trees. It was a daunting task and they handled everything so well; they really knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were so nice and accommodating. They also did a very good job cleaning up after - there was a lot of sawdust. It was a pleasure to watch them work. They’ve got a great crew and they should be commended.

They did several things. The biggest takeaway is that this is professional establishment that gets the work done impeccably the first time around. The arborist is the real deal. It's not his side hustle. He only sent workers who respected me and my property. They made my middle income yard look like it belongs to homes three times the value. Nothing but a positive experience in every way.

Almstead removed a tree from my property in NJ I was FULLY satisfied with the job handled by the team assigned. I took a few photos and videos of the team hard at work, as they were persistent in getting the tree removed in one day; and they did IT! I donâ  t normally provide a vendor testimony, but the Almsted family did a fabulous job and was totally dedicated and committed to ensure the customer was satisfied and happy. If you ever need tree services, I highly recommend Almstead tree services as the company to use. A Satisfied Customer!

Have used Almstead a few times already. Always found them to be very knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. The last time they came by was to do a clean up of two fallen trees as a resut of the high winds from Isaias with one that actually fell against the house with two larger branches puncturing the roof. A crane was required. The tree was delicately removed without causing any further damage. As I have used Almstead for a few projects, I feel very comfortble with them and do not feel I need to solicit other estimates. They left the premises clean.

Excellent service from first contact to site cleanup. Fairly priced (I did comparison shop). Had to crane 75-foot elm over my house and trim other large trees. Crew very accommodating. Almstead trimmed 4 trees, removing dead branches and taking limbs off and away from house. They also removed a tall pine from our front yard. They were professional and left our card clean. Ryan Duff is both knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely hire them again.

The gentlelman who came to talk to us about the job (grinding 2 tree stumps, transplanting a shrub and removint hosta plants) was very personable. He said the job would be done in August but did dnot give us a date. When it was 7/31 and we had not heard anything we called him to find out if he knew when they would start. He was also supposed to find out if his machinery would fit through the gate. He never called us back. We called again and he said he would come on Tuesday but did not come so I called again and he said they would be here on Thursday. They came and the equipment did not fit through the gate. The three men that came to do the job then chopped the tree stumps manually to remove them. They did a very nice job and cleaned up nicely. I would reccomment them for their work but we were not pleased that we had so much trouble contacting Oscar.
