He responded quickly and worked until our refrigerator was operating again. Very polite and informative. There was no extra charge for the late hour.

Very professional and helpful. In addition to replacing the refrigerator fan, he also adjusted the door and replaced a fan on a 1955 Coke machine that was in need.

Came within 15 minutes of my call and fixed my dryer within an hour. Couldn't be happier!! Will use them for any future repairs and asked for more cards so that I can refer them to my friends and family.

Work done was good. You need to respect customer time, when you are comming late , you need to inform the customer. You were suppose to come in between 4 to 5 PM. You came at 5:40PM. You could have informed us saying you are getting delayed at other appintment. We would have planned some thing else during that waiting period. Think this way, For your time you have charged us, who will pay us 1hr:40Minutes waiting time.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Rebecca was curt about rescheduling after initially sending David to our home after I told her I had to leave for work. At the first in-home visit, David mis-assessed our washing machine and proceeded to attempt to fix it despite plenty of evidence (as affirmed by several other appliance repair companies that I called, including that the machine had a broken pulley, melted wheel, and had been smoking) that the transmission on the machine was beyond repair. After David 'repaired' the machine, charged me $124, and left, I turned it on and ran only water for a short test cycle. When my fiance came home a short while later (before the cycle had finished), he found the garage full of smoke. David returned the next day and affirmed at that time that the transmission was broken. David then told me that I could apply most of the 'repair' bill (approx $100) towards purchasing a used machine from their company. The next business day, however, Rebecca told me I only had a $49 credit of the $125 that I paid to put towards the purchase of a machine. She then wanted me to approve the delivery of the used machine without knowing even the capacity of the washer, and became further distressed that I asked her a second time for more information on the product and that she would have to 'walk over to the shop' to get it, including the model number and age of the machine. Rebecca did not call me back in the time she indicated, and left a message later that day saying she 'didn't remember if she had called me back or not.' Decided to replace the dishwasher rather than just fix it after talking to the repair person. I will definitely call this company again for my next appliance problem which I am sure is just around the corner!

This gentleman went the extra mile for me. I am lost without my microwave (how else do you reheat coffee or leftovers?) and he put in some extra time in the evening to get it done for me.

They came promptly to my home, at the time they said they would, needed another part and returned that same evening so things would be fixed! It was great. He had to make an extra trip and work late to get it done.

Showed up within hour frame they stated, kept in contact with me regarding ordering part and time frame. Job done in reasonable time even though it was a holiday weekend. Made it so that I could use my washer while waiting for the part to come in. Friendly, good service, would use again. Thank you

They came and swapped out the control panel on my dishwasher with no problem. Then they had to order a part because it was still broken (I knew before calling them that this was a two problem repair.). So that was fine, but the part did not arrive when it was supposed to and I had to hand wash dishes for yet another day, which ticked me off. The part arrived the next day and the repairman fixed the machine quickly and my dishwashing nightmare was over! YEA! All is well in my world. Oh, and the bill was extremely fair too.

The guy messed up on installation. He actually damaged the door inside the wall - but I still recommend because the overall service, booking and availability was good.
