Prior to install, they worked diligently with our insurance for replacement. Replacement work was timely, clean up around yard and haul away excellent. However with the heavy rains this spring/early summer our gutters were overflowing and my 76 year old husband had to climb a ladder and clean out the back ones and found it was clogged with debris from the roof. Our neighbors alerted us to the front as well and we had to pay someone to clean the front and again had Debie from shingle removal. They took fence apart by the garage probably so they did not have to walk around. Ryan said he would send crew back to fix, never did. My husband repaired it. We did not receive our 30 year warranty promised again by Ryan on the Shingles. We received the 10 year warranty for workmanship after we paid them. Ryan text me twice and said the 30 year warranty was in the mail. The third time I called and text him said he would drop it off. Did not. I have called the office 3 or 4 times. Once was sent the 10 year workmanship warranty the second time. I got on the phone and explained to them again I wanted the 30 year warranty. Jason at the office told me we had to do the paperwork and he was ending me the forms. I assume we have a time limit to do this. This would add to the value of our home and at our age, one never knows when we may have to do that. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Is this happening because we are seniors? This would keep me from referring them to friends because our friends are our age also.

It was a stress free day for me when the Aloha workers showed up to my home for phase 1 of my multi-level repairs from the hail storm damage of May 2nd in my neighborhood. The roofing team guided by Losho was absolutely AMAZING. Such a professional group of workers! They exhibited a highly professional work ethic. From the moment they arrived, they took extreme caution to protect my property by removing all the patio furniture, grill, solar lights, plants and flowers from my deck and applied protective covering. That same care was given to our bushes, flowers and landscaping all around our home. They even removed, and were highly respectful, of the flag that hangs from our home. As the workers began, I offered bottles of water to the team, but with their best manners, they declined, "no mam", we're all good, thank you mam". Then their busy work day continued. With the forecast of rain due later that day, I was assured that my tear off roof and replacement would be completed before the storm arrived. Throughout the day, Cody visited several times to check on the team and answer any questions that I had. Again more professionalism. When the team wrapped up the roof replacement, they put my home back to order right down to every detail. I even wondered if they had taken a picture to assure that everything was in its exact location, right down to placement of my plants and solar lights. Before exiting the property, they went over, not only my property, but each of my adjoining neighbor's properties as well, with a giant magnet to remove any possible nails that they might have missed. This task was done twice to assure that none were missed. Each of Losho team politely dismissed themselves and thanked me for my kindness. What??? They were the people to thank for such an amazing job. Shortly thereafter, Cody returned for his final inspection of the work that was performed. While asking if I had any questions/concerns, sounds of thunder signaled to us that the predicted storm was quickly approaching. As we chatted, Cody carefully checked all our properties one last time for any run-a-way nails or debris that escaped. With nothing found, Cody dismissed himself by providing an update of the next steps to my home's storm repairs. While walking up my driveway, a neighbor across the cul-de-sac yelled over, congratulations. The 2 onlookers walked over as the rain was just beginning. Jim and David had been watching the roof progress throughout the day. They both commented on how nice the roof looked and even took note of the new plywood that was put down before the shingle installation. Both also commented on the cleanup detail that was done to perfection. Taking note of the Aloha van that Cody drove when he visited, these neighbors stated that they would be calling Aloha for their repairs. I provided them each with a copy of Aloha's business card. As the skies opened, we all departed. I walked up my driveway smiling ear to ear. Perfect timing to phase

We moved to Lake Zurich and were a little worried about the renovations we needed to complete on our home. We got in contact with Aloha Construction, and to make a long story short we are in love with the results! It's been a few months since the project was completed but everything still looks amazing, so I really cannot recommend them enough for your home repair needs.

Our roof had damage to it with all the storms over the past few years and from being an older roof in general. We contacted Aloha to inspect the damages. They inspected our roof and pointed out damage to our shingles and explained to us what probably caused it. Their inspection matched up with our insurance companies inspection. We got a new roof for a very reasonable price.

As a former employee of Aloha Construction, Inc. I can say that I have never worked for a company that has put so much effort and care into their customer’s satisfaction. The goal is not only to satisfy the customers wants and needs but to also make the process as stress and hassle free as possible. I just bought an older home, and there was a lot of wear and tear on the shingles. Aloha recently did some roofing work one of my neighbors who recommended them. So I decided to try them out. Scheduling was hard a first, but being a landscaper I realize its also the busy season for most outdoor remodeling companies. I'm pleased with the work Aloha Construction did, from what I was told was told, most of the ware & tear was from poor maintenance and excessive hail damage. They replaced most of my shingles in under a day, and the cost was much less than expected.

Their quality team of claims specialists, field supervisors, managers, installers, inspectors, and office staff have worked hard together to complete every job to the complete satisfaction of the customer. I have worked with Aloha Debbie, she has the energy and knowledge necessary to get the job done, and done right! I enjoyed working with her immensely on the work she guided me through from a hail storm that cased roof damage!

I was very satisfied with the work. Only holdup I would say is that their workers need to communicate more. I just saw them all of sudden and they left without saying a word.
