What ever I told you about the house at that time is up to you to maintain it before you puschase the house , there was nothing else wrong with it I mentioned to you whats' the issues and what to avoid in the furture . An Home Inspection is only good for the time you before you purchase the house so that the sellers may fix it. I am sorry but it's your house now and you need to maintain it. "First of all, I do not answer calls at 3:00 and 4:00 am. Second, I am a Master Home Inspector with over 5000 inspections in just Georgia of a span of 5 years, with a total of 17 years of Home Inspecting in America and not one client had any issues reading my reports, in fact, they gave great reviews on how easy to read my report until now. Fifthly, she does not understand between a Home Inspection and a Contractor, she keeps forcing me to give a price cost on all the damage, I am just there to observe and report. Sixthly, I crawled three times in the crawlspace cause her kitchen floor is molded and damage. If I did not inspect the house she would not even know how bad the house is and she has been throwing her money away for many years. She had gaps in all the window sills that was penerating heat in the house also she had no inulation in the attic . She had the AC unit running and all ceiling fans full running , but heat in the house was hotter than the outside weather. And the crawlspace has lots of mold that she did not know that is rotting her wood joist and post . The end of the day I save her lots of money having a Home Inspection.Tthat answered all her questions on why her electriacl bill is so high and the house is soo hot and in the winter it is so cold. So technically I am saving her house and her money."

"To all potential New Home Buyers ,if your home is 2019 it means your Home material is Satisfactory , Alfred force me to indicate his New Home is BAD . I GAVE him a deal of full service of only $200.00 . I also had him and the wife made witness every little electrical, plumbing and water pressure , also indicated that he needs a new functional drainage for his lawn due to the poor soil moisture that needs to be resolve. This Client keep forcing me to falsify my report to please his needs to change everything at the last minute , the building structure was bad and he wanted me to a god to him to change the structure that is already built and there's no way the builders will change it. He should have rectify the situation of the building process from the beginning not at the final process before you have to sign the final contact and hire me at the end. People needs to understand the Home Inspection Contract at the beginning of my report with the two page Amendment Statement and ethics of a Home Inspectors Laws. WHY JUST INSPECT WHY NOT YOU SAVIOR OF GOD."
