If I could give 0 stars I would. The locksmith failed at picking the lock. He stated he would need to open the door using a technique that might cause a very small scratch you could touch up with some paint. Since he kept failing, I noticed he was being more and more aggressive. I told him to stop several times since I could drive to get the spare keys. He kept saying it would open a second. Eventually, after I firmly told him to stop what he is doing, he stopped and required $49 just coming out to try to get the door open which I paid and he left. When I tried to open the door with the spare key, I found that the lock was BROKEN since the key would not open the lock (I knew it was the correct key because it opened the top lock which uses the same key). Locksmith said he would return in an hour but took almost 3 hours. I eventually got the door to open but the key was stuck. Then I saw the door was DAMAGED. About 2 inches of wood was COMPLETELY CHIPPED OFF. Locksmith returned and tried to convince me the lock was always broken (which it was not because I used it daily until HE BROKE IT likely when he tried to pick it). He also said the damage was normal damage. A CHUNK OF WOOD MISSING FROM THE DOOR IS NOT NORMAL DAMAGE. This occurred on 12/26/20. A locksmith that provided this atrocious service is GABRIEL. I have emailed the company 3 times and telephoned 6 times leaving messages for manager ROGER over the past month requesting a refund of the $49 for coming to BREAK THE LOCK, compensation for having to replace the lock THEIR COMPANY BROKE, and compensation for MATERIALS TO REPAIR THE DOOR (which I fixed myself to save money so I would not have to request so much money). NO RESPONSE FROM ROGER. NO CALL BACK. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Go with another company. This is unacceptable for a business. I will continue to pursue a response.
