I hired Ricardo to provide cleaning services and, as it turned out, he also cleaned carpets. Hired him to do both. The cleaning was comprehensive and professional. His first batch of carpet cleaning had a lovely perfume to it, but since I was having family visiting with sensitivities, he switched to non-fragranced solution for the bedroom areas. He was very responsive and took professional pride in the result of his work. I am thoroughly pleased! I'd recommend him to anyone inquiring about his work!

I hired Ricardo because he was so professional and asked lots of questions about what my needs were. He was also such a positive person that I felt like he was eager to take the job and do it well. My instincts were correct. He and his assistant did an outstanding job. They cleaned more than I had anticipated without affecting the cost. They were conscientious, had their own tools and cleaning supplies, were on time, and left my house sparkling. I am active duty military who has moved more times than I can count. This was the best hired cleaning I have ever seen! I highly recommend him!

1bedrm apt cleanup before moving in. Ricardo gave me the best price for the list of things I wanted done. Especially the Oven & Refrigerator was both gross, black, burnt food in oven, and yellow drippy mess in freezer & frige. Tub was pretty gross, too. Base board were all black from dust & exhaust fumes (apt too close to street). He made oven look like new, freezer/frige nicely done, but it is old, but clean! and he workd really hard trying to remove black stains on basebrds. He also cleand my walls and above the cabinets, too. He did suzh a great job, I tipped him 25%.
