I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I hired Richard to install sod, plant new trees, and relocate existing smaller trees from a different location. The sod was installed w/ no slope away from the home, so water doesn't drain. It's also uneven, leaving depressions in the lawn. The Areca palms are planted 3' apart, not 12" as intended. The palms were offset to avoid some of the Ficus that was supposed to be removed. Finally, the small trees that were relocated all died because the roots were cut to short (6" instead of 18") - no reimbursement. In short, don't use Aloha for work at your home, or you'll regret it.

They were on time and very thorough. Pleasant to do business with. They came in, cleaned the windows I asked them to clean and left, leaving no mess. I'll call them again for sure!

Excellent communication with Richard the companies owner. He came and saw the job and gave me a great price. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I will be more than happy to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Richard and his wife are very courteous and they do a nice job with basic care of our lawn. We just bought the house a few months ago so we haven't yet jumped into any of the bigger yard issues (except to have them treat the ficus hedge for whiteflies) but when we do, we'll start with a conversation with Aloha.

Service was provided as per the estimate and they did a great job of installing the sod. Needed to call them to request a written estimate but other than that this was a good company and provided good service. I would use them again and recommend them for your project.

I desperately needed my lawn mowed and some hedges trimmed. The guys came out and said they could take care of a lot of stuff (removing some trees that I happen to be allergic to). They came the next day and whipped my yard back into shape.

fROM THE FIRST TIME I MET RICHARD AND ANETTE, I KNEW IT WAS A PERFECT FIT.THE FIRST WEEK THEY CAME I NEEDED THEIR SERVICES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THAT WEEKEND. THEY WERE SO GRESIOUS TO START THE JOB TWO DAYS BEFORE. THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL AND NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT A FINAL OK FROM ME. I PLAN ON USING THEIR SERVICE WELL INTO THE FUTURE, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Overall I was happy with the service, however, I was disappointed with a few things. The outside windows of my French doors weren't cleaned even though I was told they would be. My shower wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. In addition, my toilet cover was broken.
