Hired Aaron to do a room renovation, which was going smoothly, and turning out to be a great project. Unfortunately all of it was overshadowed at the end of the process, when it came down to the completion of the closets is when the professionalism completely declined. He began telling us heâ d be here and never show up or be hours late and would be unresponsive to text and calls. If he did show up, heâ d work for an hour or two then leave for 3-5 hours, all of this in which was expressed was not appreciated or appropriate. Ultimately, the attached is how he left them before becoming completely unresponsive. Just seemed to have a lot of personal issues and excuses for the severe decline in customer satisfaction, none In which included him trying to right the situation. Very disappointing to say the least and will not be hiring him again. Proceed with caution if looking to hire.
