The crew did a great job staying on task and finishing faster than expected.

My husband is super handy, but he refused to do the crown molding For the bedroom and bath that have crazy angles. We purchased the materials Alonzo did have to take an extra day to finish but since was a fix fee did not cost any more. He did a great job plus kept site clean. We were impressed when he even put down paper in area we did not have floor covered.

Alonzo is the best! I will continue to use him for any jobs I have in my home in the future ! Great customer service and exceptional work!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor. The list is long, but I will keep it short. They failed the pluming inspection 5 times before I fired them. They had a fixed bid contract but walked off the job some weeks ago demanding more money - extortion - which I had to pay because of permits, etc in their name. They told me they would put self-leveler under the laminate flooring, but when I complained of dips all over the house Fraynor Alonzo agreed he had not used leveler because it was too expensive (remember, fixed bid) and confessed he had used cardboard instead! The workmanship throughout is just shoddy. Tile grout lifted after 1 wk, tiles, sheetrock, and trim all look like they were done by a drunken sailor, half the caulking is done, half is not. It is a mess. I even agreed to pay more for the rework after he walked off and left me high-and-dry 5 wks ago, and now he has walked off again because of the 5th failed plumbing inspection. And oh, to top it off, the plumber removed a cap from the sewer under the floor (pier-and-beam foundation) and RAW SEWERAGE has been pouring out onto the ground for over a week!! I have just briefed an attorney. Hopefully, I will get some justice in court. I have paid over $95,000 plus lost rent plus my time trying to do small tasks to speed it up, plus the months of delays that have other costs attached. Do not use it.

Very pleased with these guys! Very knowledgeable, protected our floors and kept everything neat & clean. Very polite & friendly. The best part was that we didn t have to stand over them and watch, they knew what they were doing and we left them to it! They did a great job fixing rotten wood on windows & doors. Arrived on time everyday! Will most definitely use them in the future as the need arises. Thanks guys!!!

Mr. Alonzo is very professional, dependable, and went the extra mile to find exterior molding that needed to be replaced to match our exterior decorative over window wood hanging. It looks brand new! His price was very reasonable. We are so pleased with his service, we obtained quotes and intend to hire him for two other small projects we need done.

left concrete in my garden, like 50lb concrete chunks hidden in my ginger. trash in my yard, caught one worker urinating by my a/c, had to call back three times. wall planks popping off interior wall. Baxk fence boards warpped weeks after installing, price change....stay away

Alonzo and his crew are completely professional. They go the extra mile. They know what they are doing and do it right!!! We hired them for a pretty big job at our house. Exterior repairs and painting as well as some interior work. They are courteous and respectful. Careful with property. They never cut corners. Good, high-quality work. Far exceeded my expectations and their quote and pricing is fair and reasonable. He worked with us On timing and allowed us to schedule at our convenience. They worked around our work schedule. They were always on time. Communication was great. Really can’t say enough good things about them. Totally recommend them to everyone. Already scheduled them to come back for future work! You can’t go wrong here. Great company, great work, great people!

The owner and his employees did their work with the least amount of chaos as possible. They kept the area as clean as possible and always cleaned up at the end of each day. There were only a few changes/additions that were requested and they were handle very quickly and professionally. My wife and I have him penciled in on our calendar for January/February 2019 to come back and do some additional work. He will be getting all of my upcoming remodeling work.
