Eddy came and rekeyed 6 locks. He charged the price we agreed upon when he first called. He was on time and professional.

Do not use this guy. He replaced a quality lock with a cheap deadbolt and door handle charging me $250.00 and stole the lock he replaced. Shody work, made a huge mess in my house and didn't have plastic covers to collect all the woodchips from drilling unnecessarily into the door. Kept telling me that his work is guaranteed and when I called him back saying the door rattles in the wind, he said to get weather striping. When confronted on the theft of the original door lock, hemed and keep talking that he could not remember taking the brand new door lock I wanted to return to HomeDepo. I was considering calling the Police. Run from this con-man.

I called late afternoon and he agreed to come out the next day. Arrived when he said and though we conversed about lots of the troubles in the world, he got to work and in a couple of hours had changed out the locks and door knobs for the house. All for a very reasonable price, especially since he had to commute here for an hour at least. Very well pleased.

I was only told after service was completed that there is a separate charge to rekey each side of the same deadbolt lock. Otherwise, service was excellent.

I was called within 15 minutes of requesting locksmith service. The technician came out the next morning. He determined we would not be able to repair the 30 year old lock. He provided brochures from which I could select a replacement and helped me make a selection. The door has a unique finish so I needed a replacement that would cover the areas that would be exposed once the old set was removed. He patiently called the distributor to make sure the dimensions would meet my requirements. He then drove an hour to pick it up and returned the same day to install it. Very impressed with the quality of work and commitment to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Eddy was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Just had to get another alarm for my slider door because he had left it to the side and my cleaners threw it out. But overall, he was easy to work with and very quick and efficient!
