I did hire Brian. He was great. If the occasion would arise, I'd hire him again. He was timely!!! He listened well and went about his job in a very professional manner. Most impressive was that he allowed me to ask some follow-up questions, once I received the appraisal. He was very timely, and thorough, with these answers as well. Brian gets 5 stars from me.
