After the recent hurricanes, I noted the smell of mold in a room whose duct vent happened to be under an attic window. My AC company (TY Home advisor) suggested a big box company, but HA has consistently provided exceptional vendor recommendations, so enter Alpha Cleaning Solutions. The owner called me in 10 minutes and we had an appointment in 2 days! Trustworthy? I wasnt even home and his company did an amazing job, totally clean - were it not for the wonderful absence of nasty mold smell (he found it juat as expected), I might not have known thwy came by. BTW, he rang the doorbell (one of those remote camera types) within 10 minutes of the appt time. Left a good report, invoixe and receipt. They even reattached a vent cover for me (one less one the honey-do list). A next-year retreatment of the vent is included. Bottom line, exceptional value, service, honesty and customer service. Added to my "go to" vendor list on HA, and I'll call my AC vendor to tell him they should add Alpha Cleaning Solutions to their list of recommended vent cleaning companies. Thanks once again, HA.

I did a lot of research before calling a company because my son kept on getting sick very often and for months at a time, which made the rest of us sick too. So I called Alpha Cleaning Solutions, and John came and did the work for us. It turned out, just like I suspected, that we had mold. So he cleaned it all out with natural products (I like this since I have kids). He also cleaned out all the debris from our vents (on a different day). I started seeing results in me and my oldest son the same day, and the following day for my youngest. I’m very happy with the work that they did and they were professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had no problem with the technician that performed the job, he was professional and courteous. My problem is with the management. I called for a follow up since my dryer was having the same issues and left them a message. Never received a call back. It wasn't until I scheduled another appointment through Home Advisor that they called me. When I explained that I just needed a follow up to a previous job, the guy got all defensive and said they stand by their work and doesn't know why my dryer is still not working efficiently. He really didn't let me explain myself and kept saying "What do you want me to do about it?" He said he would check up on it and call me back. Good thing I didn't hold my breath because I never received a call back.

The staff is super friendly and tells you right up front of the job could be more. Never had a company let me know ahead of it will be more.

The service provider who came to the house was prompt and friendly, but had to return a second time to make adjustments to eliminate a loud vibrating sound. He was prompt and professional. His boss, John, however, was not very receptive until he found out I was a Home Advisor customer, not Groupon. He said several times, "No good deed goes unpunished!"

I called 2 cleaners to schedule an appt. and their waiting time was 1 week. I called Alpha and they came the next day. The Tech was on time regardless that it was a rainy day. He called before arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable.
