Alpha Construction & Handyman Services

He was prompt, professional, and thorough. He not only completed the tasks I hired him to do, but also advised on other potential projects.

James is prompt, friendly, and professional. We are so excited to have found a reliable business owner to help us keep our home in excellent condition!

They showed up on time and had the tools to repair everything for less than what they quoted us. We d use them again in a heartbeat!

Prompt service and problem solved!

efficient and fast.

Timely

James was the only one from Home Advisor to respond to my request and he replied nearly instantly. As soon as I called him to do the job he came over within 30 mins. to assess the job then did the job the next day. James and Emory were very professional, friendly, efficient, and productive. We needed two cat doors installed, on in an interior wooden door and one in an exterior metal door. It was a tricky installment and they very carefully considered all the issues and ended up doing a great job. Also repaired a door knob latch that would not close completely. The cost for all three jobs was $400, for four hours work. I gave them a four star rating on value only because I wish these kinds of home repairs were not so costly not because they did a less than stellar job.

James was outstanding in all aspects. He even took on the roll as teacher and taught me several things. I will use him again.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I completely trust James. His work is thorough and detailed. So glad I found him. Thanks.

I HAD A NUMBER OF PROJECTS, JAMES DID A GREAT JOB. A BIT PRICEY BUT WORTH THE MONEY.

James is a true professional. He is also very affordable and he guarantees his work. I have called him on several occasions for different issues in my home and he was able to help me with everything we needed. We had him fix, modify, and add things to our home and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely continue to call him for all of our repair and installation needs.

James was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. I've tried a number of other sprinkler repair folks and they were all terrible.

.

James did a good job in tracing the issue with the sprinklers and getting it taken care of

Prompt, professional, and provided quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Quick reply. Knew what he was talking about, what was needed, and how much it would cost. Fit me in the same day (big plus). Since my renter experienced the actual fix - she said they were great, even shut the bathroom door so the baby wouldn't get in. Quick work, about an hour. The only thing she said was they didn't clean up the whole mess. She didn't know if it was from what was under the toilet, but it was left on the wall ( a dirty something she had to clean up afterward). Other than that - perfect and I would recommend to anyone and will call again for future repairs.

On time arrival and spotless professionalism

Job well done and with good communications (very important to me!).

James and Alpha were responsive, professional, personable and reliable...traits I wish were possessed by all general contractors. I highly recommend Alpha Construction for any job, large or small.

Alpha construction and Handyman Services were prompt and the repairs were completed timely. The quality of work was superb.

Responded immediately and came out same day and completed the work. I was very happy with the work and the professionalism so I asked about another project I needed. He said yes and measurements were taken but I never received an estimate. My follow up phone call was not returned.

Excellent work, very professional and reasonable prices. I will use them again.

very prompt response and outstanding service

Hired to repair drywall patch in ceiling expecting it to be a seamless repair. Original drywall patch still visible. Not sure he knows how to repair drywall. Extremely disappointed. House is going on the market and I have no time left to get it repaired. Huge waste of money and my time!
