After 24-months, garage floor began to delaminate. He first said he would path it, then changed his mind because I had to chase him down. He decided not to honor 10-year warranty. Brought in two other contractors; both said Alpha-Crete used products not meant for garages. Apparently, other reviews indicate he has had judgements against him, yet he still is avoiding paying. There are warrants out for him. Senad Selman is a con man.

He did not do anything that I ask, he promises a lot of things, and did not provide what I was expecting, I was expecting a black from and he gave me a brown floor, then when I asked for my money back he did not provide it. I have the pictures to prove he's not using proline materials. I picked midnight black from a proline color chart and he was using some other color from from ezchem Even the lady at proline wants to know why he's lying about using her products. I told him I didn't want texture he did it anyways. He showed up to grind a 750 sqft basement with a hand grinder. He finally admitted to using the different products in text messages once I told him I had pictures of the other products he left in my garage. Not the first time he's done this check his bbb complaints. He walked through the wet stain and left bare feet prints all over, I have pictures. Im having to take him to small claims court to get my 3000 dollars back plus the cost of fixing the damage he did to my floors

Reason I gave this company such a poor rating: The contractor told me the coating would be odorless after it dried and that it would dry within a week or so. It will be a month tomorrow, and the smell is still quite noticeable.

Very professional, very nice. When they work it is fast. I was getting a sealer put on stamped concrete, and a couple delays due to rain, but they were excellent at keeping us in the loop. Very glad I used them.

Very reasonable price. Office person,Sid and his assistant on the job site were all very eager to please us.

Great work coating and sealing my concrete driveway and resealing my paver stone patio.! Sid was great in explaining every step of the process. Very professional from start to finish. Cost of project very reasonable compared to several competitors. Highly recommended!

They were professional and very good . Sid is the best. Even helped me move heavy items like a refrigerator out of the garage before he started. Their quote was reasonable and about $2000 less than others . Use them for any garage floor resfinishing projects

He beat every time estimate he gave, even after starting a day late due to crazy weather. That and the team were pleasant to chat with. Very friendly people; you cannot go wrong in hiring Alpha-Crete. Will hire again for touchups after my kitchen remodel. And definitely of I decide to expand my patio.
