We decided to replace an aging deck. Alpha Deck representative Mr. Bobby Ford was among 5 contractors that visited our home and prepared proposals. Mr. Ford was very experienced and detail oriented. He provided a thorough, complete, professional project proposal. He shared numerous high quality photographs of similar deck projects that Alpha Deck had completed. He proposed a detailed and competitive price for our project. The pricing was mid level among the proposals but his was by far the best prepared proposal. Mr. Ford went out of his way to provide a path to zero percent financing when an initial financing plan fell through. Once financing was secured and an agreement was signed, materials were ordered and arrived on site in 2 days. A work crew arrived the following morning, demolished and removed the existing deck and constructed a floating framework foundation in advance of the foundation inspection. All work from start to finish was completed in 3 full project work days. All required inspections were coordinated and successfully completed with minimal delay to the construction activities. Alpha Deck built a beautiful 330 square foot composite deck over the previous deck footprint. I cannot thank Mr. Ford and Alpha Deck enough for performing such a flawless construction project resulting in a dream deck for my Family to enjoy for the next 25 years. This was absolutely the BEST contractor project I have ever experienced. Bobby Ford is the man you want to work with.
