The owner Jake is a very knowledgeable gentleman and he did a good job of repairing and painting a dormer window that was way too high to reach on my own. Jake from AlphaDog Property Services has been exactly the handyman and property manager we’ve been looking for. He’s responsive, dependable, and consistently professional. His woodworking skills are excellent, and he’s the kind of handyman who can handle pretty much anything we throw at him. What really sets Jake apart is his attention to detail. He spots small issues early and takes care of them before they turn into bigger and more expensive problems.
