Hired Alpha Duct Cleaning for an entire house duct cleaning. Great communication from the owner Cory. Kyle, the technician arrived early after receiving notification that he was on his way. Kyle was very professional and friendly. Kyle explained everything and did a superb job. Kyle showed us before and after photos of the duct. Kyle cleaned everything up and re-installed the vents. Set price, no hidden fees. A+++++

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
They did not want to clean the dryer dust from the outside vent concrete until I forced them. They forgot to turn on the heat for the heat handler after they turned it off. I had to call Gault to find their mistake and pay $150 for the Gault service call. They DEMANDED PAYMENT before leaving with a 3.5% credit card service fee-no checks allowed. Cleaned dryer duct (60 feet in crawl space). Dryer no longer overheats, and CO alarm doesn't trigger any more. Cleaned HVAC ducts. Flat surfaces include blinds and shutters no longer collect dust. Very professional and respectful for both jobs.
