1-Star Review of Alpha Foundations ? Ongoing Foundation Issues and No Resolution I hired Alpha Foundations to perform foundation repairs on my home in Sarasota, FL in early 2023. I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I?ve reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment?even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. Jonathan and Taylor showed up as scheduled and were quickly at work fixing the foundation issues at hand. Polite and knowledgeable, they answered every question we had about the process. The job took two full days and they both worked late into the day to make sure the job was complete. Upon completion of the job, they texted pictures of their work to my phone so I could see what was done. They even went above the call, and took a picture of a small leak from my AC unit that I would not have known about! I definitely would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone having issues with their home foundation!

Zach, Omar, and Jaydon did a wonderful job! It has been a few months sense our crawl space was encapsulated and I wanted to see if the smell of our home would change at all. Our home went from smelling like mildew to having a clean smell when you walk in the door. Thank you!

I am very happy with the excellent work completed by Hunter Handley and Brad Tillman of Alpha Foundation. Their attention to detail is evident in the final product. My driveway, patio, and walkways are again a pleasure to see. Everyone I have worked with from Alpha Foundation can be proud of their work.

We just had our system installed and would like to compliment Felipe, Malik and David with the Apopka office for their professionalism and courteous service. They were able to actually jack up the back of our house evenly, enough so all the closet doors open and close easily again! We also highly recommend Efrain Borrero, the sales person who gave us all the original information. He inspected our house and made some great suggestions, the quote was very fair. Great job!

The work they did on my floors was exceptional. Danny Navarro's inspection was detailed and he honestly explained the problem and how it could be repaired. On the day the work was done, Anthony and George were super focused on the details, reviewing the status of each injection, refilling. They were very careful and explained every step of the process.
