Alpha Foundations

BUYER BEWARE! I would give this group NO STARS if I could, here is why well over a month ago we began our search for an encapsulation partner for a crawlspace project at our new home. After several interviews with different companies, resulting in estimates, we decided upon Alpha Foundations. After Jon, the sales guy, had spent over an hour at our home, in the crawlspace himself to take photos and measure, sharing information about the company, the process, the estimate and their alleged reputation, we felt like the best partner. We sent them a deposit and scheduled the 2 day project. We had to wait about 3 weeks. PLENTY of time for AF to do whatever may have been needed so our project went smoothly or to communicate about possible modifications. Here is where you will want to pay attention Day 1, team shows up late. No big deal. They knew how to access the crawlspace THEY BEEN IN IT. The team gets some work done, then leaves around 4. Day 2 read this part if nothing else. Now we see CLEARLY why it was bid as a 2 DAY PROJECT team shows up late again so I was not home but again no big deal they had are now been in the crawlspace once for the estimate and the day before for a large part of a working day, they know what it is about at this point. Day 2 there is some work being done, when another truck shows up. These new guys measure AGAIN. This needs to be exact, maybe it is part of the process but we should be at the end of this thing. Several hours later around 2, I notice everyone is GONE. I text my fiance and asked if he knows what is going on. Nope. An hour after that, Jon calls my fiance and tells him they can not complete the project unless we pay them an additional $10,000 not a typo TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE. WHAT????!!!! Your crawlspace is too this, and too that and and and and and WHAT???!!! We know all of that. AND SO DO YOU JON, you were down there and took pictures .. YOU DID THE ESTIMATE!! WHAT A SCAM!!!! Present an estimate they never intend to deliver on to earn the business, then at what should be the end of the project, tack on a pile of money that completely surpassed any other estimate we had received, or they walk. We learned later that evening, that prior to leaving they had taken everything out of the crawlspace that that they had already installed. WHAT????!!!! Did they intend to come back if we had agreed to their extortion?? Was their extortion, had we agreed to it, so outrageous that it would cover all the REWORK??? As outrageous as that sounds, that sound precisely what they did. They left us completely over a hump. We would rather be in a tight spot than scammed to that magnitude. If you choose to get an estimate from this group, it is imperative you understand that this is something that is entirely possible to happen on your project too.

Exceptional service from the first call all the way through to the finished job! Jesse was promptly on time when he arrived to provide a quote; appeared to be extremely knowledgeable; and very professional. On the day of work, Brandon and Brandon (yes, easy to remember) arrived promptly on time; were knowledgeable; efficient; and very professional! Would highly recommend this company!

Julian, Ryan, Brad and Matt did a fantastic job from the sales / consultation to the team performing the work. They were very thorough in their work and took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing and how it their system worked. Definitely will recommend using Alpha Foundation to my friends and family.

They weren't equipped to fix my problem however they did diagnose the issue. Austin was awesome!

Ryan, Garrett, and Matt came out fixed our problem in two days. These young men were hard working very professional. Answered all of our questions and without any problems. They knew what to do and his to do it. We would recommend this crew and would use them again.

This includes installing 6 floor jacks to level house floor with annual inspections. House is a raised foundation so full encapsulation to prevent mold, mildew from damaging wood and pipe erosion. This enhanced our already Blacklight airconditioning protection and Pelican water softner and Black Light water disinfection. The sales rep Josh and the crew of Dustin, Adam and Garrett were highly trained and proficient. I would do more if it was needed. Their office folks were kind and courteous. Bravo to all of them. Spencer was our point of contact. He provided estimate and scheduling. Chance & Garret and Parker & Chad completed our jobs. We had a retaining wall that was leaning and a concrete pool deck with numerous cracks. They repaired it all in two days. Very polite, on time, communicated well, cleaned up. Would use them again and highly recommend them!

I had a concrete pool deck that was sinking, Ritchie Albritton did a great job with his assessment and explanation of repairs needed. Parker and Chad came out to do the work both were so knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. This is the best experience from a company that I have ever hired previously. Your employees were a great representation of quality customer service.
