Alpha Foundations

I’m very happy with my experience with the team at Alpha Foundations. Luke and his team LJ, Hunter, and Jordan were great. They worked very hard and finished leveling my foundation in one day. The whole group were friendly and helpful. Luke answered any questions I had and was very professional. I would recommend using them to my family and friends.

Explained everything in detail, prompt with appointments, on time with total schedule and left premises clean and tidy.

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional! Colin came out to give an estimate and started the ball rolling. They matched another estimate I got. Jacob, the foreman, communicated every step of the way as he was working on the job.

Jake and Miguel worked well and efficiently as a team. Jake was especially helpful in explaining what the process entailed and answering all our questions and concerns. We appreciate the care they took in completing our project.

Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT…. Here’s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you’re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I’m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Appreciated their services so much - we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. Thank you to Johnny and Jacob for the great inspections and to Keith, Migue, Matt, Antione, and Jacob for the excellent execution. We are happy to to have a stable foundation once again!

Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company.

This is an update from a previous post ***UPDATED 7-13-24 After being contacted by the local manager, Kyle, he was able to resolve all the issues promptly and went over and above my expectations to get everything corrected. I am back to recommending this company since they do seem to be quick to respond to any issues you may have.

Start to finish a very professional and top notch job. From planning stages on site with Joseph, through job performance and completion with Daniel, Jake, and Emmanuel, everything went well. My husband and I buy and flip houses. We recently purchased a house to flip and a few days after closing, it rained. The next morning, there was 8 inches of water in the crawl space! After talking with my contractor, he suggested I think about encapsulating it. Honestly, I had never heard of that. He suggested that I call Alpha Foundations. I said I would prefer to use someone local. I called both companies and Alpha was much more reasonable. When Eric came out for the initial call, he was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and explaining everything. Within a week, they set up the appointment and Will and Ryan came out. I could not have been more impressed with these two. They were very professional and informed me of everything they were doing. They finished the job in the time promised and cleaned up any mess they made. It was nice to deal with such a professional company and employees. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional. The entire process was explained from the start to the end. They arrived on time and completed the work, within the designated time frame. In addition to being an outstanding company, everyone who worked on my job, took extra care to do the minimum damage and they cleaned up after the fact. I highly recommend them.

Our initial evaluation with Eric was exactly what we expected to hear without any misleading hype. Our installation was even more timely than expected. Johnny@ Alpha was professional and provided me with a detailed estimate of the work to be done. He also provided me with three options of work that can be done to fix my driveway/sidewalk problems. We were able to schedule repairs quickly for the home. I was very pleased with the work done and will use it on future projects.
