Alpha HVAC Technician Tommy Brown arrived for scheduled appointment on time. Interduced himself, asked questions as to problems with AC then went to work doing a full inspection of AC system. Explained what the issue was and what work needed to be done as well as cost, also issues that will need to be addressed in the future. Very Professional and knowledgeable. I believe him to be an asset to the company.

I called Blake on short notice after continual Freon leak that would not be fixed after multiple expensive visits by another local company. The AC was blowing hot in the heat of the summer! Blake and his partner came out in the DARK and found the leak with no difficulties! To top it off the leaking part was under warranty all along! He did the work to research the parts and make sure we didn't pay. He didn't have to do this and we would have never known. There after he fixed it right and we haven't had a problem since!
