I reached out to Alpha Lawn Sprinkler Repair due to several breaks in my irrigation system as a result of a main water line replacement. Terry responded immediately and committed to get to my home the next day. He arrived on time and we discussed what needed to be done. He went to work and quickly had the first break fixed. After fixing the second break we realized that the main line replacement contractor had also hit two other irrigation lines. Both of these lines were very deep in the soil below the main one. Even though they were not part of the scope of the original work, Terry addressed those immediately. They turned out to be the most difficult part of the job. Terry's focus was to get my irrigation back up and running and complete the job in its entirety. Overall Terry's price was fair given the amount of work that he did at my home. If you need a irrigation contractor that will show up when you need them, and get your job complete quickly and correctly, call Terry.

Hired but never fixed the issue. He came out did some work and I paid. The issue wasn?t fixed so he was supposed to come back to check everything again. It?s been 3 months and now I have to create a new project to find someone else.

Terry is a very professional man. He evaluates the problems and let you know in advance what the cost is going to be. He also keep his appointment time, which I like. He does the job right and he is very thorough. I can depend on this gentleman and I trust his judgment.

Terry came to my house on the weekend to repair my sprinkler shutoff valve. He explained the problem with the sprinkler and the item needed to complete the repair. We had an inspirational conversation while he provided excellent service. I will hire him again in the future if something else goes wrong with my sprinkler system.

On a Sunday afternoon I drove up to my house and I noticed that one of my sprinkler zones was on and I did not turn on my sprinkler system. I went into my garage and noticed that the control box said that the system was off two of my neighbors had similar issue, and the cause was a broken diaphragm in the sprinkler valve. I contacted my neighbor and he provided me with Terry’s phone number. I call Terri and within an hour, he was at my house diagnosing what went wrong and once he found the issue, he was able to immediately repair/replace my sprinkler valves I never knew about preventive maintenance winterization of the sprinkler system until Terri informed me I will have him to come out in November to winterize my sprinkler system annually. I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend using Terri service and I have informed several of my neighbors with sprinkler systems to contact him.

Terry with Alpha Lawn and Sprinkler Repair was amazing!! My sprinklers have not been working for 6 or 7 years due to constant issues. I tried to schedule other repair companies but they either didn't service my area or they ghosted. Finding Alpha Lawn and Sprinkler Repair was a true blessing. Terry found all of my issues, and it was a lot, and repaired each one. Terry is knowledgeable, dependable, affordable, trustworthy and AWESOME!!

Mr. Church was and is extremely polite, experienced and knowledgeable in his craft and profession. Work was completed within a. reasonable time frame and all that remains is for him to restore water back to the system

Mr Terry came out on Sunday when several people said they didn’t work on Sunday. He did an amazing job on the repair and gave us a few helpful tips on maintaining our systems.

I asked the owner Mr.Terry to come find a leak in my system and he brings me a bill of $900 and the leak haven?t been fixed. This guy come to your house and see how you living and want to over charge you. I paid him and the leak is still here. I would never use this guy again he is a scammer.

Yes Mr Church located several broken pipes in my sprinkler system and repaired the system in minimum time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills

Didn?t finish the job. He then tried to charge additional $100 to finish by filling the hole back in with dirt. I filled it in myself.
