Specializing in repairs of major brands of laundry and kitchen appliance as well a dryer vent cleanings. We schedule one-hour appointment windows. We know you are busy! We use factory authorized parts. This allows us to give a one year warranty on the parts and labor. Military and Senior discount. Diagnosis fee is not charged when you do the repair. We will give you the quote for the repair before any work is done. "We are the Beginning of the End of your appliance problems."

Told me what was wrong and showed me how to correct it if it happens again. Also looked at another appliance while he was here. Told me what was wrong with it. Gave me a quote for labor and parts. Will be back when part comes in.

Very nice, clean, friendly repair man arrived and immediately got to work. Diagnosed the problems with our 10-year-old washing machine. Then we discovered that because the machine is so old the required parts are unavailable. So we put the machine back together and agreed that perhaps buying a new set is our best option. I am extremely satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism and would hire them again in the future.

Customer service was very good. They came when they said they would. Had an issue when the job was more entailed than initially thought. They came back and thoroughly repaired what was needed and replaced other parts at their expense. Came out on Saturday within an hour and fixed our washing machine. Chris was our repairman and had another person come by (don't know his name I was not there) and did an excellent job. Will call them again when I need repairs.
