Alpha Omega Appliance Repair

I had to wait a few days both for the service call and the part to be ordered, but it was not an emergency and I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism.

I couldn't have asked for nicer people or anyone more quick to resond to my rquest. They fixed the vent on my microwave and replaced a switch on one of my cooktop burners. They got the wrong swtich, but when I called to say it wasn't working properly, they got right out with the correct one. The parts were expensive (circuit board for microwave), but I liked that their service call applies to the cost of the repairs.

Communication was excellent and service tech was very knowledgable about required service.

Trustworthy

Service was good and efficient but pricey.

The service repair man found the problem quickly and was very courteous.

Will know more tomorrow when they come back.

This company was very responsive to my service request... They showed up at the scheduled time and were very professional in all aspects of the service call.

They were the first to call, scheduled a technician visit quickly and completed the job as planned. Would work with again and recommend.

Very professional and honest tech. We will use Alpha Omega again.

They came when they said they would and put in new part then waited to make sure unit was cooling properly before they left.

Alpha Omega was able to meet me after work. Their first guess at what was wrong with my refrigerator was "right on!" In addition to the primary repair, Alpha Omega found a few other items to "tweak." My refrigerator should be good for a loooong time, now!

Parts came in sooner than expected - fast return service - he saved me money by checking the driyer vent that I thought needed to be cleaned - it didn't - I'll call Alpha Omega again

Scheduled service within 24 hours, arrived on time, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Would definitely use Alpha Omega again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors. Great job.

great service, quick response, but replacement part was very expensive.

Mike was extremely competent, friendly, and helpful.

Job was completed quickly and in one visit

was a simple problem and they didn't break the bank to fix; also gave us suggestions to avoid future issues

The repairman was able to come earlier than scheduled, found the problem and showed me what caused the problem. Showed me the total price from his data sheets to replace and repair. Repair took about 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to my friend.

The service technician was prompt and courteous. He completed the work quickly and explained how the problem occurred and why. I was happy with the outcome.

The technician was on time, professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired by refrigerator.

Mike the technician was great! He was on time, called ahead to confirm, was friendly, polite and knowledgable. He got right to work and called me in to show me what was wrong and explain everything. He didn't try to run up by bill by charging me for things that were unncessary. I am a Realtor and gladly recommend Alpha Omega and Mike to all my clients, friends and family.
