Very polite guy, who seemed very motivated to provide a good service.

The only problem I had was that they didn't show up on time. I liked both Jeremy and Maddie. Maddie does a great job cleaning the interior of the house and Jeremy does an excellent job on the windows. I will not hire them again. I changed my review because I made a second date with them for cleaning and they never showed up or contacted me about missing the appointment.

He did a great job on cleaning the windows, but did not vacuum and clean the tracks and window sills and he didn’t put a few of the screens back correctly, so I had to go behind him and fix it. To be fair I’m not sure if those items were supposed to be part of the price, but I have had window cleaning before, and the items I listed above were a given. Just seemed kinda as my Dad would put it “half assed”

Jeremy Nolette Knows what he is doing and the windows and the gutters have never looked better as well as all my windows. He is your person to put in your phone to keep. he is very trust worthy because I was gone for a short time and came back and he was busy working. Not like other people I have hired - if I left the house i would come back they were gone or they were sitting. he was very personable and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was a pleasure having him here. I am elderly and somewhat handy cap and it is a blessing to have someone do a job right and do not over charge because we are ageing people. I could go on and on about this young man but want you to know he is the one for windows - pressure washing- gutters and he may do others things. but this is what Jeremy has done for me and there's nothing I could say bad about his. He drove from Crossville to Oak Rige Tn to do this job for me . The price he charged well deservea tip. so you know he is very reasnable in his pricing of his jobs. Professional and did a good job.

Jeremy was quick to respond to my calls and requests. He has integrity, understands what needs to be done, and sees it without me having to point it out. Alpha and Omega attain excellence in cleaning at a fair price, and have a good work ethic.

We had our home power washed. The operator arrived on time and did a great job. Our home looks like it should now. We have a large home but the entire job was done in less than 4 hours. The cleanup after was quick and thorough. We would definitely have Alpha and Omega cleaning was our home again. We are considering having them do other cleaning projects also.
