"This customer had an insurance claim. We went there and was able to get her more money than she was expecting. She then decided that she didn't want to honor the contract with us, keep the money and have us go away. We advised her about the cancellation fee on the contract (insurance work only) and she decided that all of a sudden we were a bad company. She had us due the work and was happy and paid in full. Now she wants to rate us bad and make false statements. We do good quality work."
