They called me right away for my repair request and offered a great price. They were able to come out quickly to replace my water heater and made sure everything was up to code. Will call them for any more repairs in the future

We had issues with our 13 year-old hot water tank so through Home advisor I found Alpha Omega Mechanical. I called their office and spoke with Bill. I explained to him that our water was not heating as it used to, and I wondered if it was time for a new hot water heater. Possibly faced with that cost, Bill asked a few questioned about our system, and requested that I send a few photos of the tank and installation features to him via a text message. After a short time to review the photos he returned my text with a probable solution to our problem. I called him back, and he suggested that a fix is likely possibly by changing out a few parts and removing a mixing valve from the top of the old tank. I agreed to try the fix, and by doing that I probably saved myself at least $1,500 after cost. The service rep (Johnny) showed up the next business day, removed the mixing valve, checked the pressure tank, changed out the dip tube, anode, etc., and now the old tank heats like it is brand new. We are very pleased with Alpha Omega and they will be my first call back when my next home mechanical problem arises.

The man who performed our repair made a mistake at one point which forced him to spend more time on the repair, which did NOT cost us any extra money. It was just a matter of lost time and confidence. But the A/C is working great now.

I used HomeAdvisor to look at options. As soon as I entered my info I got a call from the owner of Alpha Omega. He was willing to send someone right away but I decided on the next day. The tech showed up as scheduled. As is typical of our luck, the fix was going to be more than expected and we were given the option of doing that or replacing the water heater. The tech got the water heater and only ended up being involved in our project about an hour more than originally scheduled. We chose the same brand and size water heater but the tech pointed out several things he planned to do to bring everything up to code. He did a great job!!

Really, really great service! It didn't start off 100%, but it ended at 150%. The office was so helpful despite being low on personnel, and they worked hard to get someone out to us on the day we were scheduled. Korey is so knowledgable and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge with us, took time to make sure all of our questions were answered despite the late hour, and he even detected something on our system that is not working properly. We would have never known and we're super grateful for his experience. Finding Alpha Omega was by chance because we had a no-show from another company. I'm really happy the other guys didn't show up for their appointment, because we would have never found this awesome company.

When you make the appointment, be very clear about the project. The person who took my order did not clearly communicate the problem to the technician. This required a second visit from the technician. The technician was very polite and apologetic.

My furnace suddenly stopped working on Sunday. I called Alpha Omega expecting to get a recording. Bill answered the phone and had a repairman out to my house in less than an hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed, the part secured and the repair was done in about 2 fours time. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else to meet my mechanical needs and will contract them for general annual service.
