Bo exceeded my expectations for my stair project. I gave him my idea and he executed it perfectly and it was exactly what I had in mind, but better. My stairs are absolutely beautiful. The quality is exceptional. Bo is probably the nicest and most professional contractor I have ever used. He is responsive, neat and meticulous. He is excellent at his craft. You can really tell he loves what he does. I can't recommend him enough. I am going to try to upload before and after photos.

The contract of service was verbally agreed to move forward even though it costs more than what we expected. Since we don't have time to look for another contractor, we agreed to proceed the contract. However, they never contacted us back. We had to call them many times but couldn't get a whole of them; finally, they answered our call and said they would get back to us later to tell us when they could come to do the work. They never got back to us since then. Very disappointed!

The job was done when they said it would be. Great looking railings. Matched the color and existing style to the old railings perfectly.

We replaced our staircases from carpet to wood steps. We tried 2 other carpenters but they couldn't get it done right for the last couple years. We basically gave up until we decided to give Alpha a call. They did a wonderful job and got it done in 2 weeks, close to their promised time & pretty reasonable too .

My railings look great. Bo did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess. He was slow to get back to me with a quote and then date to do the job. I called 2 other companies, who told me to email a picture of the walls. Bo was the only one who came out to look, he also had the best price. I would definitely recommend him.

After requesting estimates and discussing work plans with 3 different contractors, Bo clearly rose to the top, not only because of his price, which was the best, but also because of his ideas for how to achieve the look we wanted. We provided a photograph of staircase we liked, and Bo was able to design a similar, but not identical, staircase working with our limited space. After pinning down the schedule for when the work would begin and end, everything progressed exactly as Bo had described, his staff was professional and friendly, and the finished product looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier and would hire Alpha Omega again.

He called right away. Came over and did an evaluation. Choose a railing that blended in with the rest of the house. Installed it quickly. Very satisfied.

Bo was wonderful. He returned calls promptly and was arrived at the times he scheduled. He was flexible and a joy to work with.
