The wind had blown several of my window shutters away from my home, so I asked AlphaOne to re-attach the shutter and paint all of the shutters with a different color. The job was done very professional, at a very affordable price, and the painter was very nice and accommodating....highly recommend them!

Inconsistent communication, constant delays, unprofessional behavior and an incomplete/inferior installation. I have written details as well as a timeline of all issues. I would be happy to discuss our dissatisfaction with this company per telephone call. Thank you.

If you hire just know you need to be patient and diligent but it will work out in the end. Both the owners, Jarod and Jamie are nice young men but more attention to detail, follow up and communication must occur between the business partners. Our job consisted of exterior house painting, new roof and gutters. This was their biggest job. Cons: Job was supposed to take a week took 2 months. Had to have them come back and redo several things. They use subcontractors for every job. They do not have their own crew which is why scheduling can be an issue. The quote changed 3 times once they knew what my insurance company would pay. The project manager did not stay on site or really inspect the work. Pro: in the end the project was completed to our satisfaction.

We had a great experience working with this company. From the estimate to the final walk around, everyone was nice and very knowledgeable about the work. The crew finished our privacy fence install 200+ Ln. ft. in under 4 days! They even set every post in concrete and put gravel in to help control the water. I will defiantly be using this company again in the future for other exterior work.

It was very frustrating, what was quoted as 3 days took over 2 months with them having to come back and fix things that were done incorrectly several times. They subcontracted the work to some companies that don't build fences resulting in a lot of issues. While they eventually finished, it was not an experience I would ever do again with this company. I think there would have been a lot less issues if Alpha One would have inspected as the subcontractor left each day.

Had Alpha One replace about 150 feet of fence. They dismantled the old fence, hauled it off and installed a similar fence to meet our neighborhoods covenant requirements. The posts were set in concrete and the wood and installation is substantially higher quality that the previous fence. The workers kept a tidy job site and communication was outstanding. The only issue I had which is extremely minor was the wait. The job had to be scheduled out about 3 or so weeks but this ultimately is the sign of a good (and busy) contractor. Hire with confidence!

Jamie and his employees did an excellent job at our house. They spent 6 days on our property dealing with the prep, repair and painting. Jamie kept in touch with me daily either in person, by phone or text to answer any questions and to ask how my wife and I thought things were progressing. I would highly recommend AlphaOne Exteriors.

I used this company to perform fence repair and to rebuild 2 gates. At first there was a little confusion about the written details/diagram but all was worked out satisfactorily. Now we have to wait a few months for the wood to season before the painting project can begin.

Alpha took care of everything that I asked for, they reworked my trim, caulked, did some repairs on my overhang, and gave me a complete top quality paint job. It's nice to have people that have pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Jarrod and Jamie were great. They put in a fence, making sure it was what we wanted and always contacted us if they had questions. The fence is sturdy and looks beautiful. The price was reasonable, Everyone at Alpha One was courteous and concerned with doing a good job

The Alpha One team was extremely courteous and professional. Their politeness, honesty, and prompt accessibility were a few of the reasons why we hired them and why we were glad to work with them. They put up a fence, redid our deck, door, shutters, and railings. Everything is exactly what we asked for, and they charged a very reasonable price. I was happy they were careful with all of my many flowers and plants which needed to be worked around, too.

The owner Jamie is the rudest business owner I have ever experienced! The subcontractors did a great job and the fence looks great! The owner tries to charge me extra fees at the end of the project and argued with me and I had to threaten to have the police remove him before he left...then he took the materials the workers need to finish the job that day! NEVER would I recommend him to anyone!

"Hi Paula, Gates are an additional charge, and the price quoted reflects the cost of the desired gate. The addition of a gate adds cost for labor and materials, as we explained. Unfortunately, since the decision to add a gate was made after the original job was started, we would need to update the contract to add the additional costs.
