My experience with the technician was excellent. He was courteous, prompt and completed the repair in record time. I would like to suggest that they give training to the lady in the office. She was not clear in her instruction to me. Then when I called back about a missed appointment she decided that lecturing and pointing the finger at me was the best solution to the problem. I was so delighted when the technician came (however not as timely as was stated) and that he was extremely well qualified and did an excellent job. I do not understand why any of these folks can't give you a specific time instead of the sometime between 3 hrs.

my installer came on the coldest day of the year so far and did a wonderful job. I had been told my door would be hard to find a replacement for but they found and installed it in just a couple of weeks.
