very pleasant and thorough

We originally hired this company to paint our small family room and to be fair that experience was satisfactory in spite of the high price. However, we then hired him to paint a full living room, dining room, kitchen area as part of a remodel and we came away very unhappy. We asked him to match the current paint and gave him a piece of drywall from the old wall. His original bid included 2-3 days to do the work. He was here for less than a full day when he said he was "done". The color was indeed a match but he used flat paint rather than semi-gloss, a detail we were unaware of until it was too late. There were patches that looked horrible and he blamed the texturing of the wall. Although there were some texture issues, when it dried, clearly there were patches of new drywall that had no paint on them at all. Later when we went to get more paint we found out he mixed the color himself and we were unable to get more paint to match. We are not even sure he bought fresh paint for our project. I would say beware when hiring this painter and if you do hire them make sure you check everything carefully.

He's painted a lot of houses for me and you get what you pay for! Don't be afraid of his prices because his work is beyond compare!
