    Sy responded to my request for a pool heater quote immediately and had the job done in a week. He explained the entire process to us, gave us all of his licensing and insurance information up front, and communicated with me every step of the job. We are thrilled with our new heater and the value it added to our property. Would highly recommend!

    They are always available when you need them. They are polite and responsive. They know what they are doing! they are less expensive than others that we have had.

    This company was always available if we had a problem with the pool. They are polite and responsive. Before we hired them we had another company who told us that our resurfaced pool coating was coming off and that was why it was hazy. I called Alpha and they found the problem quickly and it was just high in phosphates. They corrected the problem immediately and we have had no concerns from that point on. They are less expensive also.

    I have just hired them. However for the different categories: -Work Quality seems very good and very personable and polite and pool is clean -Customer Service seems, so far, absolutely outstanding. Sy seems that he would bend over backwards to help a customer. As I stated up front, it is only recent that I hired them. At first blush, it seems as though Alph is the right company. I suggest, if they do not already do it, you ask back at 6 months and 1 year.
