We had a mold inspector refer us to Kreston and Alpha Property Preservation for the mold remediation needed in our basement. We're glad they did because Kreston was great to work with. Excellent communication and professionalism throughout the job. Would highly recommend if you need any mold remediation work.

Kreston and his team did a full-scale mold remediation project for our attic. They were extremely thorough and took a lot of care to make sure we understood the process. Their work was excellent and it was a pleasure to work with them. We work with a lot of home service providers, and Alpha Property Preservation is one of the very best.

I cannot say enough good things about Kreston Harrison and his team. They were professional, thoughtful, courteous. prompt, good communicators and worked efficiently, He explained every morning what would get done and within 3 1/2 days our finished basement, which had gotten partially flooded and developed mold was all cleaned up and back in order. The one thing he did that none of the other quoters spoke about was the use of hydraulic cement. He not only got rid of the water and mold but applied this product on every surface that had been wet to stop the water from returning. My husband and I feel very blessed that we found him. We would hire him again and recommend him 100%.

I reached out to Alpha Property Preservation for mold remediation. Kreston assured me that they could be my previous quote which they did and started immediately. I was well informed throughout the entire process and they actually finished the work sooner than expected. They were professional and did an excellent job remediating my mold issue in the attic. I now feel safe bringing my family in my new home now that the mold problem has been resolved.

Mr. Harrison was prompt, very courteous and efficient. He showed up on time with help and removed the furniture for the price he quoted over the phone to me. I would call on Alpha Property Preservation again.

Alpha Property Preservation is a terrific company. Kreston and Tyrone arrived on time, they met me at a storage facility in Mahopac. They did a great job removing everything out of the unit. We asked if he would be willing for an additional fee drop off mattresses and a hutch at our house which was not originally agreed upon and they were very accommodating and reasonable with the fee. They were very professional and I have nothing but good things to say about Kreston and Tyrone. Next job like this, we know we'll be calling them to do the work!

Kreston, Tyrone, Mike and their associate were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. They were very professional and treated our home and belongings with respect, carefully discerning the valuables from the junk. They worked diligently and efficiently and completed the job within the timeline they had predicted. We added some additional items to the removal during the job and they asked for a slight increase in the cost they had quoted us, which was completely reasonable. I was happy to get this work done and so glad that I found this company! I recommend them wholeheartedly, and would absolutely call on them again!

The two gentlemen were on time, and did a good job removing heavy awkward items from my home, including cleverly deconstructing a 1980 loveseat so it would fit through my year 2000s door. They offered a reasonable price and worked efficiently. Came to New Paltz from Poughkeepsie and were very professional. Thanks guys!

Mike and his guys were wonderful!!! Totally professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I had furniture, appliances, and lots of junk which they were happy to remove for me. I was so happy to have found them!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed their services.

These guys was more than willing to help and showed their dedication to the job and making sure we were completely satisfied with the service. I would recommend these guy if you need junk removal and want the quality and service you would get with a larger company but without the high prices.

Kreston and his colleagues were nice, hard workers who I will be happy to hire again. I had a lot of debris to be removed from my place and they cleared it out swiftly and with grace. They were communicative and professional through the entire process. They showed up on time, and on the one day they needed to arrive later, they communicated in advance. AND they got the job done earlier than expected!
